We’ll start with they have the pretzel sticks without cheese. I found that out a pound purchasing and told them I did not want it and they still made me pay for it. I don’t understand who has pretzels without cheese. This will be the last time I purchased anything from Subway and definitely this location because they charge me when I said I did not want it.!!!!! And is very, very slow!!!!

I got some ice in my own cup not realizing there was a charge for ice. The morning opener threw a fit. told me I was stealing. and ran next door to tell the road ranger to charge me for the ice because they don't have a button for it on the register for it in subway...Unreal.

Didn’t get chicken on chicken bacon ranch, got chicken on a sandwich that didn’t need it, didn’t get our cookie, didn’t get our chips, and the drinks aren’t even good. Save ur money and go to McDonald’s

Ok.. I have to say that the staff was very nice and the lady making are subs was so nice.. But some how the food turned out not so good.. I don't recommend this place and I think that is really do to the lack of training within the staff.. However that might change with time.. But as of right now this is not the subway for you sorry..??

Walked into subway while two employees were talking at the register, as I’m looking for what I want to order NOTICE IMMEDIATELY THE FOOD WAS NOT THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE,no one says anything to me I stand there for about three minutes then the lady comes and starts to put up the food so I ask ARE YOU CLOSES? She said yes, AFTER I WAS ALREADY STANDING THERE FOR A FEW MINS nobody said nothing to be at all! I look at my clock it says 10:00 , so obviously I made it into subway before 10:00 I should of been able to order my food so rude so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DO BETTER!

The guy who made my sandwiches was cute but had no personality. No smile, seemed like he didn't want to be there.
This location consistently makes the best sandwiches out of any of the locations I visit as a trucker. Keep it up!

Ordered two sandwiches, not only did they get the order wrong but added ingredients that weren't even on the order. Attempted to get a hold of the store multiple times and was met with no answer. I would have been fine with the issue if I spoke to someone, but I guess ill be eating silence for lunch instead. Had to give one star as there is no lesser option.

We placed a mobile order at 6:00pm here on February 1st 2022. Said it will be ready at 6:30 come in at 6:30 and the lady is doing other things. Says she used the bathroom and was doing something else. This is ridiculous we have been waiting for over 30 mins when it should have taken less than 20 mins to make the order. I’m sorry but you shouldn’t be working in a place you have to be fast paced. I will be contacting corporate over this incident. It’s not the first time something has happened at this location!!!
