I went in and got an order and it was bogus. Half nuggets and the wrong sides.However I called and explained the situation and Tyler and Sedrianna helped me out big time.Replaced the order and was super apologetic.Good job ladies

People were nice. It's the service who's good. They were tattooed to what we need it. They were happy to see us. We were happy to see them. We had a great report with the service and that was great. We were told what was on sale. What was the best thing to buy or mixture of both? It was good. I gotta give them that One draw back days. They didn't have a restroom. Which is the difference for some people of ordering and not ordering, because you need to use the bathroom other than that. I guess everything. What's OK?

I love this location, food taste fresh. The only thing I disagree with is no bathroom for customers, and if I have a second order, I have to go around again. The drive thru is tricky. You pay and receive your food on the passenger side, Lol. Other than that, food is good.

I literally live 10min from this location in a vehicle. I got to the house and the fries and nuggets were cold. Like sitting around cold. The chicken was so salty all i ate were the biscuits. I've gotten to the point now that if i want better food ill have to drive out a lot further because what's being served in the surrounding area is literally B.S its sad that ive been hindered into going elsewhere to eat instead of spending money in my own neighborhood because a mfkr wants to cut corners not only on just me but the public in general. IDGAF about a response from management etc. I will not eat here anymore.

Absolutely, the worst experience. Ordered online. Went in to pick it up. Waited almost 10 mins before being acknowledged. Then told 18 mins for pot pie. 45 min later still hadn't gotten food. Even heard give them cars in drive thru. Finally got mgr attention. As I watch put food in bag and seal it. They didn't put the sauces in it. If I wasn't watching would have gone home without it. Service was terrible. No apology what so ever. Just a sad experience.. No one from KFC reads or responds to messages...

This location only allows you to purchase three wings. It's the stupidest thing ever. I wanted two wing dinners and they said only one three wing order per car. I wonder if the corporation knows this!!

The drive up order receptionist is always curt and self-serving in her mannerisms. The clerk at the pick up window of the drive-through is usually indifferent and careless, and certainly does not present the Personna of a business that strives for a customer friendly reputation. And most important, three out of the five times that I have visited the establishment my food was substandard and/or missing part of my order. I choose to drive to Homewood KFC instead.
