This place gives you cold FOOD…they also have the RUDEST manager. I called back to speak to the manager..she disconnected me 4 times ,intentionally . Once She finally answered the phone ,I explain my complaint about the cold taco beef meat being COLD on the nacho bell grande meal. She,the,manager,asked me what did I want to do . I said that I would bring the food back with the receipt.. she could refund my money. NO she yelled in the phone. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

I wouldn’t even give one star. I ordered through their mobile app. I received my delivery and first off the drink was wrong. I ordered a Pepsi and received a Baja Blast. I felt my bag as the driver is handing it to me and it’s ice cold. I open my bag and it was nothing I ordered. I ordered a 3 crunchy taco meal and received a fry that was ice cold and what looked like a tiny burrito that was ice cold. It was like they gave me an order that was sitting for hours that no one came and picked up. I will never order from here ever again. And to top it off I can’t talk to customer service to get a refund until tomorrow morning. Smh.

Food was not what I ask for when I made it home I called to let them know I can bring it back in the morning cause they were going to be closet by the time I make it there they said noParking: Spent too much money all my order was 6 steak taco 2 steak burrito 2 box meal but I got beef which was nasty I paid for steak not beef and they put beans in them which I requested no bean but everything had nasty bean a waste of my money
This is my go to taco bell. I live in Tinley Park but sometimes i’ll drive here because I know the food will be better made than the Taco Bells around there.

Can you change this location name to "Can't get it right... I don't care what I order... it's always a surprise and then they hate to give a receipt but always request one for a change... they ask what sauce you want... I always say mild and get the hottest one there.. you can just go in for exchange because the door is locked and they have you pull to the front and won't answer when you knock... my last time going here... I rather drive all the way to river oaks

Today, in particular, I ordered a Chipotle Ranch Chicken Grilled Burritto. No tomatoes, no chipotle ranch, no lettuce, and add black beans. Of course, they didn't make it correctly, so that was a waste of money.

Only take order from UberEats and Doordash because system’s rebooting. During business hours all systems should be going in order to serve hungry customers. They have a nice late night vegan selection but what good is it if the system is rebooting during business hours.Vegetarian options: This place has some nice late vegan options
