So I ordered a deep dish pizza and picked it up , when i got home I realized it wasn’t a deep dish pizza , called back , they said they would credit it and I told them I wanted a new pizza , the one I ordered , the guy told me he would fix it and have it delivered , it is now over a hour and a half and I’m still waiting for my pizza ( I live a block away ) , I called to find out what’s going on with the pizza and the girl was very short on the phone with me and said there was nothing they could do …. I just feel like with me being in customer service all my life , if the establishment has messed up you try to keep the customer and fix the situation , give them something free or atleast a coupon for their next visit , not tell them they can’t speak with management , and then tell them they don’t care about losing you as a customer …. Poor job , and I will never order from u guys again

The pizza was nothing short of amazing. Familiar with Beggars after having their pizza with family located in Chicagos far south suburbs. Glad to see one in Downers Grove I can have any time now. The companies byline is " we pile it on high", the ingredients that is. And, they do! They are very generous with the amount of ingredients on the pie that are always tasty and fresh.

I was just introduced to this place just about 6 months ago and I find myself going there quite often. The pizza is good and even though I only get sausage it's always loaded with plenty of sausage.

Picked up pizza for dinner the other night. It was good...sausage and cheese...it just wasn't hot when I got it home,not their fault lol. It was good as usual. The cheese bread I didn't care for ( it was free for my birthday ) it had a funny taste to it so it went to the trash... if a 9yo won't even eat it, maybe it was the cheese that was on it...but it definitely wasn't his or my cup of tea. I give them 5 stars bc the service is always great and the food is 8/10!
