When people come in and don't know how to do something on the app, you should be helping them instead of just shrugging your shoulders and letting them fumble through it themselves. And you definitely shouldn't be laughing at them with the next customers especially when they can still hear you. And when you go wipe a table, wash your hands before going back to food.

Not very well maintained. They weren't busy at all and still got my order wrong. Wrong sandwich and side. Ordered a double whopper w/ cheese and onion rings. Got a regular whopper and fries. Who eats those dry disgusting fries? And the mozzarella sticks looked and tasted like they bought them from a discount grocery store. I love BK, but it's obvious they don't even try to hold their franchisees to the same standard McDonald's does and I don't like McD's food

Man, I haven't had BK in years. After tonight's visit, I see why. Placed a mobile order with pickup through the drive thru. Gave the person my info, they say to pull up to the 2nd window. I pull up, I realize I made a mistake on the order on the drink, and I tried getting the guys attention. He doesn't acknowledge me. I start waving, saying sir, he never gives any indication that he sees me waving or hears me. Finally, I say sir loudly, he opens the window and says, ma'am I'm trying to work on an order. I was like okay, I made a mistake on the drink and wanted to let you know before you pour the drink. He says okay and closes the window. Whatever, fine. The drink will be fixed and they won't waste product. Wrong! The soda flavor was way off and it mainly tasted like seltzer water. I ended up pouring it out when I got home. Ordered a combo of a small fry, whopper, chicken wrap, a Hershey pie and the soda. The fries were extremely stale, not hot, and honestly, just hard to eat. The Hershey pie was warmer than the fries were! I don't know how it's possible, but in the 2 minutes it took to get where we were going, the food was cold. The chicken wrap might as well have been called a cold tortilla with a heaping amount of mayo and hints of chicken.I was better off spending $20 for a hot dog at the portillos next door.

There were only 3 people in front of me and I waited 20+ MINUTES, I was not even hungry anymore by the time I got to the window, I just left. I literally could have driven to the Burger King on Roosevelt Rd and it would have been faster.

THE IMPOSSIBLE WHOPPER IS OUTSTANDING YUMLICIOUSNESS BETWEEN A HAMBURGER BUN! I CAN'T TELL THAT I'M NOT EATING BEEF. AS A MATTER OF FACT I DON'T MISS HAVING THE ORIGINAL FLAME BROILED HAMBURGER AT ALL. I ALSO GET THEIR FLAVORFUL FRENCH FRIES AND FANTA WILD CHERRY ICEE.Their Service is outstanding

I think it's marvelous that they still have a kids' play area, its hard to find nowadays. It looks like it's been updated, beautiful inside, and loved the plants. The service was nice, and the food was decent. Let's be honest the kids' play area is what brought us in and the crowns.

The vanilla soft-serve cone was good but not firm enough. The fish sandwich was way too thin for both the bun and the price. I'll go to a different location and get a Whopper with cheese - which I haven't had in decades - and their version - which I've never tried - of the McDonald's quarter-pounder with cheese, and then I'll probably never return. Too many superior competitors for everything on their menu.
