Girl at takeout was very rude she became very angry after I asked how to opt out of the tip bring me my food just set it on the counter and left and did not say anything to me she did not give me a regular receipt of the breakdown of what I purchased very very bad attitude my check number was 40044 I left very disappointed in my service

No silverware till mid meal after asking had to get myself. No plates for appetizers. Dr.pepper came mid meal. The food read back was wrong 3 times. Out of BBQ so one of my party didn't eat. Chips and salsa never came until after cheese sticks and we had to ask for it. Manager did nothing to accommodate in any way at all.

It was our first time at this Chilis location. Our waitress, got our orders in quick. Thats when the mistakes began to happen.1. We ordered the special margarita drinks that were 6 dollars each. She charged us 11 for each.2. I ordered a Surf and Turf Medium Rare Ribeye, I got a Sirloin well done, with Mushrooms and Fries.3. Kids food- One order of mac and cheese seemed someone just opened up an instant Kraft Mac and Cheese. Did not look fresh at all.Kids food- Another order was the kids cheeseburger sliders with mandarins. Someone over filled the cup with mandarins and the juice soaked the burgers.4. We waited approximately 60 minutes to get our food.Our steaks were not how we wanted them cooked. My wife got her steak so dry she wasn’t able to cut it or chew it.Again, I asked for the ribeye and got a sirloin.Our total was $157 and some change but it sure was a waste of my money.The service was not where i expected it. I did not bother addressing the issues because my family and I just wanted to eat and get out but they sure made that a bad experience. Ill never go back to that location. I guess ill drive a little farther to another Chili’s.

I love the nostalgia of chilis (this was our spot to go when I was a kid) but now I feel like all I get is a horrible stomach ache after eating here. The fries and mozzarella sticks are great, just so over processed that KY stomach can't handle it anymore.
