Talked so quick and irritated like i couldnt even understand her. Will NOT be returning to this location. If you want you or your food to be treated with respect, this is not the location. Perfect, one of the employees were very nice, they even told me my IP address after I forgot it!!! They even asked for my credit card information and then started to buy me gifts!! So nice of them, will be coming back! PS I was trying to relive my self in the sink and it clogged.Parking: One of the parking spaces are a little dirty after a took a dump after closing hours. It was the only place I could go number 2 at.

I ordered a chicken bowl on 11/08. They made my order wrong. I called back up there to discuss with the General Manager named Mark Niemiec. He said they would replace the bowl the next time I came in. I went up there today 11/29, wanted the credit because I was in the area. He said they only honor credits the same week. He neglected to tell me that when I talked to him. The other team members had an attitude and refused to honor the credit. Ridiculous.

I was disappointed today. I got the kids meal with rice, Carne Asada and cheese. The rice was very good and was perfect on the lime. The Carne Asada was cold and dry. The cheese was warm and soft and had the texture almost like it left on the counter for three hours. Would not recommended this establishment.Vegetarian options: Has veggie options.Dietary restrictions: Have lots of protein options but most include some sort of tortilla.Parking: The Perkins spot can sometimes be hard to find a spot when it is peak hours. It’s also sometimes hard to pull out because of traffic on the highway.Kid-friendliness: Very dirty and most surfaces are metal.Wheelchair accessibility: Has 3 wheelchair only accessible parking spots right next to the door.
