The staff here was fantastic! The food was excellent as well I have to say this place is 10 times better than the one in Romeoville and Oakbrook! Keep up the great work!

This location has changed a lot. Need new managers or something. It reflects on staff. Skimpy portion sizes and atmosphere is not as clean. Customers had to go and request more than 5 chips in their bags just to enjoy guacamole. ?
I ordered a burrito. My first bite was cold as hell. I mean, disgusting cold. Thinking it may have just been a part where the heated ingredients had not made it to. I threw caution to the wind and took a second bite. Again, so cold I was fearful of the brain freeze to come. Returning to the counter, and explaining the situation, the employees refused to do anything. They wouldn't heat it up (which I understand because I had already bitten of it), they wouldn't give me a new one, .... nothing but obstinate rudeness from the pink kids behind the counter. Fortunately, the manager was alerted (only because I wasn't giving up), and she did make me another, which was properly made. It was edible ... not great, but we all know what to expect from Chipotle. If you are really craving the mediocre food Chipotle is famous for, just go to the one on Oakbrook Terrace or Ogden Avenue, both of which are within 8 minutes. At least there is a chance it will be prepared correctly and a chance of polite treatment by the employees.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. The only reason I still attempt is it’s right by my house. Every time I go in after work they are out of product. Hours before close and out if something. With countless team members working how hard is it to get some more cheese? I’ve made several comments on their contact us page but nothing has changed. I just don’t understand how you coul run out of items on the daily. But it’s always something. Wouldn’t be so bad if they put a sign up at the door that said we are out of this. But you never find out until you have waited 15 mins in line.

This place is a joke! Ordered the limited time carne asada with extra meat. 1st off didn’t get the full extra meat ( 1 spoon full of meat and the other spoon was barely half) yet they’re charging almost $7.00 for extra meat. What a ripoff! Half the meat was tender kinda the other half was tough or just chewy/gristle. Then when I was about to pay and heard the price the cashier seemed kinda annoyed that I was complaining about the price. I recommend anyone to go eat at Bibibop over this place same meal with better ingredients and way cheaper.
Food was fine. Unfortunately every single table had crumbs/very dirty. I wiped ours with baby wipes. Did not seem that they were short handed or had rush of customers. Just ignoring that part.

The food at the Downer Grove location was delicious and fresh. I came around lunchtime, and the only problem was that their tables were not clean.

Be careful if you order online during lunch hour. I usually go here for lunch weekly and have no complaints as it is a run of the mill Chipotle. I went today after ordering online to find my order wasn't there. I promptly waited 10 minutes but the staff was too busy to help because or the traffic of customers and now I have to write off 11 bucks as I'm sure somebody just grabbed my order. Not blaming the staff nor whomever took my food hopefully on accident. It just sucks knowing I'm 11 bucks and lunch today.

super rude workers and the store is a wreck in the back of house and front of house as well as the lobby. the front line was a mess, all salsa and sour cream super low and splattered into eachother bc the girl on salsa was that sloppy- she was also insanely rude and tossed everyones food to cash. the rice was undercooked & portions are way off. 3 sodas were low on syrup. do not waste your time or money at this location.-a restauranteur chipotle employee
