This location was open when we arrived, they didn’t close early like some of the other reviews. Employees were very pleasant. Our order was correct and ice cream was delicious. Place was clean. Plenty of parking.

I ordered a cake and the Dairy Queen wasn’t open at the agreed upon date and time. I recommend voting with your wallet and going elsewhere.

I dont understand this place.Everytime we go,we never get what we ask for.Today I went in to buy 2 buster bars.Paid for them- they placed them in a bag.I got home and placed in the freezer,after dinner we opened them- dilly bars.Not what I asked for, not what we wanted .I quess at this location I must check ever item I get.Steve at 63rd and Main never makes these mistakes.Ill drive farther next time to get what I asked for.This location- you order with one person and 3 people get involved- just fill my order and not 3 people.

The people that working here are dangerous for your account . Please be carful if you paying your order by phone. They can overcharge you easy . If you make one order and tell them to cancel they won’t . I call to change from one size cake to another . They didn’t cancel the previous one. I ordered 2 cakes,they send me 3 ice cream cakes and charges me for 4.

I took my 2 1/2 year old son here today with a long walk from Lisle. The staff was soooo nice and helpful and the ice cream was delicious! But the best part really was the smiling faces and wonderful folks behind the counter. Thank you!

The owners are very nice, my order was wrong on a door dash delivery and Trevor (the owner) didn't hesitate to correct it. He even offered to drive the correct order to my home after he closed or he would just write down my name and come in anytime for the correct order. Thank you!!
