Ordered thru Uber eats and food arrived on time And order was accurate. Taste was good and had a nice level of spice and heat but the entrees were a bit oily and didn't include rice surprisingly. Apps of samosa and spring rolls were good. Spring rolls had a more Indian/potato type of filling which was still tasty. Would consider ordering again.

Awful atmosphere! Set up is more like a wedding or more likely funeral hall ! I stopped by for lunch expecting a buffet! Instead they had let out the restaurant to some Desi Senior event ! I was charged $ 8 and served absolutely nothing! I left in 15 minutes! Please avoid this place as it represents the worst of Indian Restaurants during the Pandemic!

I thought the food was very good but terrible service. No one at the front. Waited about 10 mins and started walking around looking for someone to seat me. I found it odd that they did not have a lunch menu. I had the go I Manchuria which was excellent. The butter chicken it was very good but a little too sweet for me. The Naan was excellent. I would go back, hopefully service will be better.

Excellent service and the food was delicious. Everything was extremely fresh. Everything is made fresh so be sure you have time to wait for it to be prepared, not a quick bite to eat but absolutely worth it. Vegetable biryani and paneer tika were great and the somosas were crispy on the outside and so large-only 2$ for 2 of them, which seemed like a steal. Will be back!

The food is awesome, flavorful, and great food for the cost. Restaurant is very clean and owner is a great host. You will enjoy the Indian flavors without a doubt. Come prepare to want to experience new dishes every time.

I got my 2nd covid shot. So, I wanted some vegetarian Indian dishes for the tumeric. I had the channa masala, saag paneer and tarka dal (chickpeas, spinach cheese and yellow lentils). The dishes came with rice. I could smell the clove and bay leaf perfumed rice and knew that I was in for a treat. I enjoyed all three dishes. I don't normally like yellow tarka dal; but, this was so delicious I can't wait to go back. Altogether, my food was just over $30 for the three veggie dishes with rice. So, reasonably priced IMHO. The only other time I had their food was before the pandemic. The owner delivered my food to Oak Brook, which was so sweet. I'll definitely be getting take out from here a lot until this pandemic is over. Then, I'll go back to loving my Indian lunch buffets!

We (party of 5) essentially had the place to ourselves on a Thursday evening so we felt super safe dining indoors. The place was recommended by my friend who used to dine at Big Suchir's original location (inside a grocery store). They have your standard menu items as far as Indian restaurants go but there's a "secret menu" item that this place is known for (must try). The Bajra na rotla (pearl millet roti) is served with jaggery, ghee, garlic chutney and a plethora other sides in a metal tray. Here are the other accompaniments (described from my POV): Baingan Bharta - mashed eggplant with onions, peppers, tomatoes, spices, etc. Tomato Dal - tomato base soup with crunchy noodles Kadhi - milk based soup made of chickpea flour, curd and jaggery Khichedi - spicy lentils and rice Chaas - yogurt drink (lassi) The flavors, all very distinct, work well together. It's also very filling! Expect that it will take some time (30 min) to get your food as these items are made fresh. There aren't too many places that do this meal well from what I understand so it's worth the trip if you're adventurous.

We love hanging out. Yesterday we visited this magnificent place which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a lovely evening there with first-rate cooking and a professional stuff and a professional cook. We added this fine restaurant in our list and we shall certainly visit again very soon. We deeply recommend.

Tamarind rice has no salt in it and doesn’t feel tamarind, we have ordered paneer starter and we got something like curry overall not a good experience for a first timer
