Graham is the manager and has been an amazing help. i ordered through delivery from their website, and being as i was outside their delivery radius, door dash delivered it. My pizza arrived cold and soggy with the toppings slid off, at no fault to the restaurant. so i called, and spoke to them about it and he was kind and gracious enough to have one of their drivers personally deliver a pizza to me. free of charge. He also offered me a refund. this is what true management looks like, going above and beyond for your customers. thank you graham ?

Pizzas from here are regularly over an hour late, cold, and undercooked. This location simply cannot handle the volume that they take in.As far as customer service goes, you'll get a half baked apology from a teenager and if you check your credit card in 3 to 5 business days, you may actually get your delivery fee refunded.Lou malnati's is really good, but it's never good from this location. Do yourself a favor and go sit down inside the Naperville store

Possibly the worst experience ever tonight ! First of all my order was over 90 min late. The staff at the store was so rude and nasty (albeit looks like they oversold their product and were super busy). That's no excuse to act like &-$-@""&. Even worse I ordered 4 pizzas....2 were not cooked through...the other it seems they ran out of ingredients or had to stretch items because it was the saddest pizza ever...now the worst part....the last pizza had a sheet of plastic wrap cooked into the dough.... I tried to call to no avail, so at the end of the day I had 4 inedible pizzas I'm out $100+ and nobody at the store gives a @$&@... Lost this customer forever.....

Ordered a heart shaped pizza online for Valentine's Day, several hours in advance, to be delivered at 6pm, by the Downer's Grove store. 6:40 rolls around and still no pizza. Called the DG location for nearly an hour and no one ever picked up. An additional fun fact: their phone system hangs up on you after 15 minutes of being on hold.

what is it with this place!? 2 years ago we ordered a pizza that took HOURS to get because they went to the wrong address. we always loved Lou's pizza when we lived in another town but we were seriously disappointed. flash forward, we got a gift card for Christmas. I just called to order for delivery and the "kid" on the phone sounded like he was bored and couldn't be bothered. After a few questions that were answered in monotone with as few words as possible, and me having to repeat my address 3 times, I decided i didn't trust this place to get it right. yet another disappointing experience with this location. Would rather go to Naperville.

Lou's!!! Never disappoints. ON time. Delicious, crunchy crust, ample toppings. Salads are surprisingly good, salad dressings are WONDERFUL- gorgonzola, red wine vinaigrette, sweet hse, all really good. Chopped salad could feed 4! And they had anchovies!!!! My heroes.

Always enjoy a good pizza but their ordering and pickup systems are a mess in DG. And I'm far from alone as the lobby is filled with frustrated customers and no one at the desk to even speak with. Guessing they're short-staffed but as there is no communication, who knows???

Terrible service and quality. Pizza was delivered with all the toppings slipping off. We were also missing an entire extra large pizza. When the delivery driver took it out of the bag grease poured out all over the floor. Choose any other location.
