This McDonald's is absolute trash! I've tried to give them benefit of doubt but they are trash! Today I ordered a double cheese with ketchup and onion. It's got no onion. Then I ordered a large fry well done. Well they are NOT well don't and I'm missing more than half of the fries. And then asked for a large fruit punch no ice and the lady give me one full of ice and when I asked for no ice she gave me attitude. I wish the first lady gave me my receipt because this is terrible.

I ordered on uber eats and they never made the food then accused three drivers of stealing. Then customer service had to cancel the order after an hour.
Horrible McDonald’s here. You ask for a hazelnut iced coffee and get a drink with the syrup at the bottom and no cream (just whipped) this picture I mixed it a little but it was all black when I received it and when I asked “is this mixed” the black teenager said yes and said it looks like that because I asked for extra syrup lol. Didn’t even apologize or asked to fix it just stared at me lol. No line or costumers by the way. I’ve also door dashed here employees are uncoordinated and food is ALWAYS cold. I’ve worked at fast food get a grip yall lol. Ever since I’ve moved here it’s been a bad experience go to other McDonald’s lol.

This place is insanely rude and disrespectful to their customers. I tried to place an order on the call, and i didn't know it was only available to do on the app. I asked, and the lady said, vey rudely, "NO. You can do it on the app, lady." EXCUSE ME? Heck no.
