Just a gross experience. I used to come here all the time a few years back and decided to grab some today. Wow the flavors taste weird, the toppings are stale. Strawberries taste minty, the mochi are hard as rocks. Quality of the ingredients is so low. Not coming back.

Sign on door says open at 430. It’s after 430 and there’s no one there. Is this location still operating? Inside looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile with Valentine’s Day decor falling off the register area.

First of all the atmosphere and overall feel of the shop is horrible. The store is heavily outdated and creepy. Second, we came in for the BOGO deal and were incredibly disappointed to find out that "the code did not work". The employees did nothing to help us out or find a possible solution. Third, the shop was dirty and maybe it is a good thing we did not eat there.

a few years back, this place was thriving. staff was always kind, owners were great. the overall quality has slowly declined and every visit i've left more and more disappointed. there's barely any room to sit, the staff is rude, the hours are inaccurate and overall the toppings taste stale and it isn't kept clean. i will no longer be returning to menchies but will remember the memories i had when it was at its best!

Me and my family were mad we drove 15 minutes away from home to get the frozen yogurt only to found out the door was looked and closed and on the website it there open and the door said 2:00 to 8:30 we got there at 6:25 the lights were off and everything to make matters worse they turned off there phone line and he saw us pull up but then go to the back

The sign said they opened at 12:30 on saturday, we went there at 1 and it was completely closed. Horrible service.
Drove from afar after verifying they were open till 9 only to get there at 8:32 and them to have been closed up and wrapped up already even though the hours everywhere state 9 PM. And there's an employee getting something

i love going to menchies it’s my favorite place to go to when i want frozen yogurt. until one day, i came to the conclusion that i won’t be going anymore ever. this girl employee who has dirty blonde hair, green-blue eyes, who was wearing a lululemon defined jacket was screaming. me and my friend walked into menchies on a saturday night a few weeks ago and she was running around and screaming as if someone was dying. i was extremely concerned. she was screaming while we were making our frozen yogurt and while we were sitting down eating it. it was absolutely TERRIBLE costumer service. i will not be returning.

My friend and I stopped in for an after shopping treat This was our first time trying Menchie's. The lady working there explained how everything worked and some of the flavors which were new. I tried a small amount of many different flavors, a sprinkled waffle cone piece, some chocolate frogs, hot fudge and a cherry. My friend had the vanilla snow, waffle piece, caramel sauce and not sure what else. We were both satisfied with our desserts. The store was clean, well stocked with all items, service was good but the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the cost for me. Our total bill was just over $16 for two small containers of dessert. I get everything is costing more and we picked out add ons but it was costly we felt for the amount of dessert we received. I would go back but maybe just get the yogurt and not add too many heavy add ons to it.

I was there tonight and as soon as I walked in they said they only take cards.90% of the machines were not working. I asked what's going on? Nobody had an answer. They boy tried,but then he just sat down and looked at his phone,they lost a lot of sales. Another place off my list. Don't waste your time. (8:30 pm tonight )
