Probably more of a generational problem, but walked in to this place yesterday, I was only person at register while 5 employees stayed behind the kitchen counter. I finally just walked out and went to Scoobys just a few steps west of this restaurant. Best to go straight to Scoobys.

What's the point of a drive-thru if you're going to ignore it? What's the point of a pick-up time if you're not even going to try to hit it? For what this it costs and its quality, this is absurd. The portions are so small as to be depressing! wasn't even hot!STAY AWAY!

Food was cold and undercooked. Worst N&C I've been to in terms of food. Even the soda pop was tasted terrible. It was very watered down. Pricey as well for what you get. Poor overall value.

For some reason the buttered noodles were not cooked well enough. They were hard and difficult to stick with a fork. Never had this issue at other Noodles and Co locations.

My Mac n cheese was good noodles were overcooked. My wife's salad was somewhat empty, it had a little bit of lettuce in it but she says it was good but wished the bowl was full to the top. Other relocations fill it up to the brim!

This is a solid Noodles & Co. location. Came here a couple times while staying in the area- got the pesto cavatappi and the penne fresca and both were phenomenal.

It was the worse location we've been too. Tables were dirty, the entire floor was sticky. Employees seemed more concerned about them getting a break to sit down and eat. Food was blah. Soda machine was out of syrups. Just an overall horrible

Glad to come back after years of going to Noodles and Company. Menu had been streamlined and the food is just as good, if not better. Service was great. Staff is friendly and responsive to needs and questions.
