The food itself was alright, definitely spicier than it used to be however. Not sure if that is a brand change, or this location's orange sauce was just very spicy. Regardless, the food was still four stars because Panda tend's to be a hit or miss. This experience was fine initially, but the cashier, whose name I wish I paid attention to, was very rude before I left.I had to wait on an additional order of Rangoons, which was fine, but then when I received them I got attitude from the cashier because I asked for a bag to put them in. She rolled her eyes and rudely tossed the food in the bag. That was just very unnecessary over such a simple request.

Everything was good and the usual Panda quality. The drive through took a long time because of unprepared customers but that wasn't their fault. When I got to the window they were out of what I ordered 10 minutes ago so I had to wait another 5 minutes. Not my best visit but I think this was the exception.

We came pretty close to the end of the day and they had to make our food fresh since it was a big order. They were so kind and friendly, and we were nothing short of overjoyed when sitting down and enjoying out meal. 10/10, delicious food and will be back!

I live in Downers Grove and have been to this location many times. My pro tip is to arrive at least a hour after they open and two hours before they close if you want a chance of being able to order practically anything.They open with nothing ready and stop making food with a hour left before they close. That is terrible business management.

Been waiting 10 minutes for my food after lady said it would be ready in 4 minutes, The man and women behind counter are talking to each other giggling to each other (Rizzing each other up if you will) back facing customers very confused after i asked about where the food was at after being here for 15 min. horrible experience never coming back!

I am super disappointed twice they have left stuff out of my order. First they forgot two egg rolls and today they forgot part of the bigger plate. Once isn't a big deal as stuff happens but twice is super disappointing and a waste of money.

I used to like Panda Express before things have changed this last few years. Maybe the new management? Or They didn’t train their staff well? But this happened so often now. We always order family meal. We used to get home and the portion of all boxes are packed full. Now, every time we get home, the food portion loses 1 to 1.5 inches in height because they loosely pack the food. You can see the pictures. We didn’t eat any yet. This is not the Panda Express we used to know for years before Covid. They already increased price significantly over time and yet try to cut down portion. Make no sense. If you gonna reduce portion, then don’t change the price.Last time also, I ordered a plate through drive through. Got home to find out missing one entree. Waste money on that. Later I came to order another meal, told the manager, they couldn’t do anything about it.Poor service!
