I got to the drive up, there was no hello. She said “we don’t have that today.” When I asked for something else she said “we no longer carry that either.” She continued to tell me “i told you we don’t have that and both the items you want are permanently off the menu.”I got to the window and I asked if I could provide my number and she said “the system is down that’s why I didn’t ask for your number.” Her attitude was awful and the service from her poor.Are chocolate chip bagels and spinach artichoke soufflés permanently off the menu?Vegetarian options: Please put the spinach artichoke soufflé back on the menu. They are delicious.

I used to like Panera but G.D the prices are a thing of nightmares. 14 for a sandwich will just 2 oz of meat. Will never return. Jersey Mike's cheaper and you get alot of meat. It's next door go there

The last time I was here our cashier seemed as though she didn't want to be bothered with her job or customers. Usually this is a friendly place. Especial Teddy!! He's been there for years super nice gentleman.
Worst location ever!!!! Only one star because I cannot give negative stars. Always missing something from my order in the drive thru!!! How is it possible. I ordered a bread bowl - never got the bread bowl?!?!? Shame on you. Then no answer when I call to complain ?!?!? You can't even give me the food I pay for. There's no special order to confuse your employees. So sick of bad service when I pay more money for better food.
If you're dining in, plan on at least an hour because this place is hyper-focused on orders via website.
