Something felt very wrong with one of the two young women working 11/13 tonight. Specifically the one with the long black hair that's heavy set- working around 6:30pm. She kept smirking and laughing hard when no one had spoken to her the entire 15 minutes I was there. Her behavior was so odd and strange that I really believe she did something to my drink. Not a good experience. If nothing else, poor social skills and customer service.

I'm a regular at Smoothie King and love the smoothies in general. This location has always left me disappointed. The smoothies never have the right consistency. I end up getting rocky and frozen smoothies that are not even fully blended. I have this experience only with one of the individuals that makes them and I end up having to deal with him every time I go to get a meal smoothie for lunch. I would not recommend this location.

My very first time trying them was today 5/28/23 got off work and decided to wait this location has the best customer service ever wanted to double back twice in one day went to the Lombard location and walked right out drove here to downers grove everyone welcomed me and was really sweet here I LOVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Whoa I have been replacing one meal a day with their smoothies for a little over a week. I’m already down 7lbs. I cannot believe how healthy these are. Staff is wonderful. At this rate I will definitely be ready for swimsuit season!

First time visiting Smoothie King and staff was very helpful in our decision process. Knowledgeable & friendly. I got the chocolate gladiator with strawberry & Spinach. Reasonable price for what comes in it. Would recommend this location.
