Worst place I've ever been to. I would rather drive further than deal with this location. The workers are rude and careless.I've given this location multiple chances because it's close and what can I say, I love Taco Bell. But, sadly, this location gives Taco Bell a REALLY bad rep.Expect incorrect orders, long wait times and disrespectful ghetto workers that always have an attitude.Do yourself a favor, drive to another Taco Bell.

The ONLY local Taco Bell that charges $9.99 for a cravings box. Takes AGES to get food in the drive through even with one single car ahead of you. I can be understanding when it happens once or twice, but this place is so consistently slow as hell. I’ve also been served rancid cinnamon twists, though this is the only true food quality issue I have had.

Sadly this is the worst taco bell i've ever been to. They never get the order correct or complete. Drive an extra mile down the street and go to the cass ave location. WAY better service!

I ordered my food through drive thru. When at the window to pay and received food not only did I not receive my receipt. I also did not get the correct food . In addition to all of this no verifying of what my food was at the window. This establishment needs to be corrected with better staff members who cares and wants to work here. $19.52 down the drain and what I received was two bean tacos SMH. Ordered protein bowl and chicken empanadas

This location is horrible. I placed an online order, went to pick up, door was locked. Then proceeded to the drive thru speaker. The girl said she doesn't see my order, then goes oh! Wait I see it. So I pull up. Waited a few minutes. A guy open the window, hands me my order. Doesn't say a word, I said thanks I get a drink also. He then gets my drink, still not a word spoken, NO sorry, thank you. What type of service was that? I'll tell you. Crappy! On top of all that. The taco shells tasted stale, beans and meat where cold.
All the workers were high at like 12:30 in the morning, great experience, pretty funny.

Stop getting so high at work that you have to redo an order literally 4 different times because you youkeep getting it wrong. Not expecting 5 stars at taco bell but this is definitely the worst in the area. Also the man in the back loves to scream the F word and swear very loudly. Get entirely new staff
