I had to ask for my change of $3. They gave me my blizzard, but not the size I ordered. I was told to pull forward for my food. When someone brought my food about 10 mintues later. I then asked for my receipt saying the blizzard was a small, I wanted to be sure I didn't pay for the medium and only received a small. She left to go back in, I waited another 10 minutes. Someone delivered to the car behind me, then asked what I was waiting for. She said she didn't know I was waiting. She said that it was her fault and I was only charged for the small. I left without ever seeing a receipt.

I came thru the drive thru and paid 41.75 on mom's debit card the lady was nice but forgot to put the chicken strip sandwich with tomato , onion ,mayo. I have called 7 times and Noone answers. It's 5:45 and I will try again. Maisy was great she was very respectful. I didn't no anything was missing till I got back to tamaroa where we live. The sandwich was 5.19. AWFUL SERVICE!! Never going back to this poorly run Dairy Queen! Rude Customer service. Was told to pull up in the drive through, after waiting nearly 20 minutes, I walk in to nobody at the counter, wait another 5 minutes for someone to walk by, I told them about my order, wasn't even started, then they gave me the wrong order, when I told the lady at the counter she said " you saw me bag this why didn't you say anything then?" Then she walks off! Me holding the wrong order. I didn't know it was my job to watch them bag the food?Disrespectful!! Poor training.Du quoin Dairy Queen has gone down hill. Not going back.

I got a 4 piece honey bbq, got a 3 piece regular chicken strip basket. I go back through and the manager grabs it and says she’s going to fix it no problem. She comes back with her fingertips covered in BBQ sauce, and says here I fixed it have a great day. I leave and get home I open it and it’s the same 3 pieces of chicken just dipped in bbq sauce when I called to see if she can just take my name down for something for the inconvenience she said no I could either come and get 1 chicken strip or nothing at all. Totally unprofessional & obviously cheap. So who knows how cheap the stuff they’re buying to make all the food. Bad experience. Their whole family actually both restaurants in du quoin && pinckeyville aren’t good locations!
I ordered on line because it said it was open. And yes I knew it was Thanksgiving but it said it was open. Took my money and didn't get anything.

Dairy Queen has always been my go to place for when I travel etc. but this Dairy Queen the service was okay. It was fast and the food was hot and ice cream was good. But the down fall is that they forgot my sauce and the sprite tested soapy and not like sprite (weird after taste). Everything else was good. Just wish the drink could have been a little better and the employees could have been a little nicer. Overall it was good but it could have been better.

Disgusting Dining room. Not a clean table in the place. Several flies were enjoying the dirty tables, though. Took my order for a Smores Blizzard which was still on the menu board even though the Fall flavors were introduced, then told me they didn't have all the ingredients, but another employee said he could make it anyway, which he did and it was good.
