Went into du quoin location to get a salad bowl I get half a bowl filled out of some stuff and then I get asked to tip are you kidding me. You get paid full wage and can barely do your job. Paid $13 for a half a bowl of salad. I won’t be going back.

It's really good try there cheesy steak sub then they have there veggies sub that is excellent to try as well including there cheesy broccoli and potatoes soups

I stopped in here for a quick bite to eat. And this was hands down one of the fastest times I have ever received a sandwich from any Subway. The server was also very nice and friendly. Would definitely go back to this location again!

The staff is always amazing, sweet, and kind! The staff always has a smile and always friendly. This store is so clean and has a great welcoming atmosphere!! Will recommend to others!!!Kid-friendliness: The staff is always so sweet to my children and is very patient when my kids try to order for themselves.

They can't count to 2 cookies... meals come with 2 cookies I asked for the meal with 2 (two) cookies and a drink and even tipped my change and when I got home I see I have 1 (one) cookie in my bag... very diligent workers ?

The lady that was waiting on people deserves 5+stars. She had a line of people and was waiting on them by herself. Had a smile on her face, was kind, made sure to ask questions so she would get the order correct. She was the best counter person I had seen in there in awhile!
I never have a problem unless I order online it's always super messy and threw together. I order a wrap and a sandwich and wasn't satisfied at all with either wrap wasn't cut

Online and the door said they were open til ten. However, when my family and I tried to go in the door was locked and the young girl looked like she didn't know what to do. Then she came to the door and we asked if the hours had changed. We were then told they were "out of everything". Obviously that was a lie and I feel management needs to know they are locking customers out early and if it's is approved by management to choose early on some nights I would suggest a change to the posted hours and sign.
