“Got a BIG Ham and Swiss. It was pretty good and shared some fries with my wife that wasn't any good. They just don't compare to McDonald's fries. Overall fairly clean and was able to dine in. The cashier was a nice kid with a good attitude and not freakishly tatted or pierced like most of the employees that work in these fast restaurants.“

“I’m impressed! I’ve rarely left reviews for McDonald’s and other fast food restaurant like it, but today I’d like to write about a service quality that was above and beyond expectation. Normally at McDonald’s you get the typical “I’m just here for a check” employees and that’s what you usually expect from McDonald’s. This means as customers, we’re used to seeing low enthusiasm and low drive. This was not the case today at this location. The young lady today 4/29/24 2:50 pm blue sweatshirt that took my order was as sweet as can be, and as enthusiastic as can be. Extremely articulate and professional, so much so that it caught me off guard and I had to double check to make sure I was actually at a McDonald’s. Way to be above and beyond!I’d normally write about the food too but let’s be honest, we all know what McDonald’s tastes like.From a business/upper mgt/HQ perspective, if you guys put that young lady in a position where she could train and quality control other staff at other/all locations, you’d completely change the brand image of McDonald’s for the better. And no, I did not know that young lady before our 1 time professional interaction nor did she tell me to write this review or say that, just putting it out there haha. Keep up the greatness“
