Food was absolutely amazing! Our server was such a joy to have, her name was Ashley. She helped my friend and I with any questions we had. The place was very clean, not overly loud, and just all around gave a very cozy vibe. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others!

We had a lovely late Valentine's Day dinner. My husband had a dirty martini, french onion soup & the scallops. I had a raspberry-lemon martini, a caeser salad, & the filet mignon. We split the giant baked potato. Everything was delicious. The service was terrific & we really liked our server. Highly recommend!

Our Valentines Day reservation was for 6 pm. They advertised and offered a special of 2 filets and 2 servings of sea bass for $75. While waiting, we over hear a conversation between the bartender and another employee saying to reserve the last serving for a high roller. Well, that is what we were going to order. So once seated we asked if it was available, at first it was no and then our server came back and said we were getting the last one. So all is good. I thought it a little odd that a holiday special where most people being served were under a reservation that they were out of the special before 6pm. Anyway, we get our food. Our filets were so over done - no pink and to think about it we were not even asked how we'd like them. Our sea bass, fishy... A mediocre meal, with a fancy price tag. I wish we would have been lucky enough to have them be out of the special.

Was our second time to William B's and we will definitely be planning a third. Nikki was our waitress and she was awesome, she recommended drinks and appetizers to my wife and I and she was spot on ! The food and service was great and will definitely be back

We wanted to find a good steakhouse for a change. We ordered a appetizer of crab cakes that was very good. We then ordered our entrees which was New York strip and filet mignon. We also ordered au gratin potatoes. The New York strip was excellent. Cooked to perfection. My wife's fillet was dry but still medium well the way she likes it. The all gratin potatoes were so-so. We would definitely go back but probably order something else. Service was also very good.

ordered our steaks rare and they were all well done. Didn't get the food for an hour and 50 minutes and then they asked us if we wanted another steak and we said no we were going to wait that long. They grout potatoes were hard over seasoned the asparagus was not fresh. Service was good. They tried to make us happy by giving us free cake. I am sorry to say it was the worst I've ever had. And then her filet mignon looked like 2-three small pork chops well done terrible hard to swallow the steak. However, we did take it home and feed it to the pups.. definitely won't be back. I'm sorry to say.

Love the fried mushrooms.. best I have ever had anywhere. Crab cakes good too! Ribeye great. I don't care for filet plus shrimp, etc, because filet is too thin and overcooked. Mashed potatoes awesome. Carrot cake is also best I have ever had anywhere!

Our first experience was this New Years Eve, we had reservations and were seated immediately. Our waitress was very informative and explained the menu thoroughly. We didn't have to wait long at all for our food. Best crab cakes we've had locally! I asked for extra olives in my martini and that's exactly what I got, very well made martini! I had the lobster and my husband had a filet mignon and chicken Marsala, we split asparagus that a large serving. My lobster was perfection and I had a few bites of the Marsala and it was delicious. Our only complaint was only one other table was dressed up, when I go to a restaurant of this caliber people dressing up is part of the experience, not jeans and t shirts. Other than that we will definitely be back, food and service was excellent!

Food was amazing and service was outstanding!! My husband and I went for the prime rib (their online menu has no note about specific days of when this meat was served ) and we found out they only serve prime rib on Friday and Saturday. It was a Sunday evening. They were very apologetic and got right on it to fix the issue online so it doesn't happen to others. The hosted wanted to give us a free dessert to make up for it. We appreciated the care and attention. Highly recommend.

I would give a C- grade. This is not a top 15 restaurant in the Peoria tri county area. I was told by a friend that is wasn't anything special. I thought I would go myself and give it an unbiased chance. My friend was correct and the food was disappointing. Sorry to give such a opinion but it is honest.

Our server, Ashleigh, was fantastic. The steak was burnt on one side , so at $48 it was an issue. $48 burnt steak with no sides isn't exactly what I'd call a good value. The sides ( salad, steak fries, au-gratin potatoes ) were quite tasty. $100 bill plus tip

Brian was great. Took care of everything like he always does for me. I will request a table with him again the next time i go. My filet was 5 stars. Absolutely perfect medium rare and will order it again next time with a smile on my face. Sautéed mushrooms were terrific. An absolute must order. Baked potato rounded things out nicely for me. I was 100% satisfied, and I will always check to see if Brian is working and if he is, I will always request a table in his section. He is a master of his craft and it was a pleasure having him take care of me while i was there tonight.

As inthe past, our dining experience was great. We were seated immediately on arrival and our server Nicky was excellent. Food was very good, soup was hot, salad fresh and our entrees were enjoyable. Steaks cooked exactly as we asked. Michelle is a great bartender and the drinks she makes are delicious. Maybe too delicious!!! They was some noise from the bar area but it wasn't disturbing, a group of women were having a great time and enjoying good laughs.

Food was excellent, service was great, portions were nice size. Price was a little steep. Felt like dinners should come with at least one side but everything was priced separately.

The greet and wait staff were awesome. Dining area was clean and the table was set for a good presentation. The food however was mediocre at best and for the price it was very disappointing. We had the honey dijon chicken ($31.00 plate with no sides), which seemed as though the chicken had been on a steam table for a while. It came smothered in a gravy with mushrooms that I would not identify as a honey dijon glaze. Seemed more like a mushroom gravy that had been simmering in a pot for a while. Also had the cheesy rice and mushroom soup ($7.00 bowl) which was mostly mushrooms and was so salty we could barely eat two bites. For $103 before tip, I would rate the value as poor. Of course, the waitress still received her 25% because she did a great job and the food wasn't her fault. I just hope she didn't have to share it with the kitchen staff.
