I went down at 1:10 PM on a Saturday to place a $100. Pick up order for 5 o'clock and they can't even do that. I was told. never in the history of a restaurant business. I have never heard of a restaurant not being able to handle a time call Used to be a good place years ago I don't know what happened. I was going to call the order in closer to time. But since it's such a big order, I didn't think they would take it without me paying first so I went down to pay for it and was told I could not place it. Good luck

The worst restaurant I've ever been in. We just ate there with a table of 11 people. Waited 45 minutes just for a drink then waiting a additional 45min for our food. Then they only bring 2 people who got there food while the rest of us waited n waited. Got our entree and it was ice cold food!! Asked to speak to a manager and when I was telling her my issue she walked away. That is now how you act as a manager and when asked who is her boss she walked away again. Terrible place to eat

Kahuna hamburgers ? are HUGE!! And they are absolutely delicious! The drink were good! Will definitely go there again when in the area!

The food was absolutely gross. For a 12 to 15 dollar burger, we'd expect something edible but non of my party could finish their burgers. 2 out of 3 we're feeling sick immediately after eating. The amount of grease produced by the burger seems like the patties are freezer burnt or they place them in the fryer rather than a flat top or stove top. Maybe the grills are just soaked in grease and not scrapped clean. Who knows. For instance, the fried pickles and the anchor meal were sitting in a half inch of grease when brought out to the table. And Then the burgers had grease poring out of it. So I wouldn't be surprised if they fry all food. It's almost if we paid 10 dollars for grease and 4 dollars for the burger. The quality of food Burger Barge produces has diminished as much as the hairline of a bald man. Disappointing but not surprised. On a positive note, the server and service were great. The server noticed the poor quality of food and gave us discounts. He should find a new employer that serves better food.
My burger was good but a little bland as the sauce I really couldn't taste and the big kahuna bun was a little rough like it was on the grill too long. I visited the other burger barge a couple years ago and the food was excellent.

The hamburgers are just awesome but the vibe in the restaurant is lacking. Most of the seats are all cracked and torn up from the old Restaurant . It definitely needs an upgrade..

Burger Barge remains my favorite burger place. While we miss your old riverfront location, your new location provides a very nice family atmosphere. I had the Illinois burger and my wife had the Fisherman’s Choice 3. Food and service was exceptional! The only negative, that we can come up with, is that you serve Pepsi products. Ugh! We won’t hold that against you because your ice tea is good too!
