“I’ve never felt the need to complain about a specific worker before but Nancy who took my order was extremely rude and disrespectful. She ignored us for the first 5 minutes we were standing in line and got mad when I asked what was on a sandwich telling me “it’s on the menus” :( not sure what her problem with me specifically was, She also did not ask me about my number for points or what side I wanted. Then got mad that I want a pick two so she had to put the order in again, when I stated from the beginning that I wanted a pick two. But I hope she has a better day.“
“Decent food good vegetable soup just dont give enough of it maybe try all you can eat soupWent back to Jack's last night ordered the fried chicken which was great but I was disappointed with their vegetable soup was Luke warm at best but what I didn't like was the addition of broccoli an cauliflower in their vegetable soup it overpowered the other veggies in the soup didn't taste like the soup I had gotten before my suggestion to you guys is leave the broccoli an cauliflower out of your soup thank you“
“Every time I go here I’m super happy with it! Nice baristas, interesting drinks- I got a white chocolate iced espresso with salted caramel cold foam. Super strong and super good!!! The inside seems really cute too lots of little nooks and comfy couches and the food looks really good and surprisingly substantial for a coffee shop.“
“We are from Davenport,Ia.. we went to Peoria to see the museum and planetarium. After we were done we decided to find somewhere to eat. We came across this place and decided to go here. We had the catfish, greens, sweet potatoes, and spaghetti.This food was so good! Everything was seasoned to perfection! Talk about putting your whole body into it and not just your foot! The owner was awesome! Service was great! I would recommend this place to anyone!“

The onions potatoes? and green pepper were well seasoned and the cheese? was American melted ?? side of a short stack?. My manfriend had a bacon ?and cheese? omelet. He loved the bacon? was whole folded with the cheese? into the omelet, crispy enough to easily cut into but not too dry. Hot sauce? on the eggs? and a half order of biscuits and gravy, which was better than I make. That breakfast anywhere else would have been $35- $45 but this place was an amazing value ? “The coffee is incredible. They roast their own and offer flavors unlike any others I've seen in the area. They usually have vegan-friendly pastries and whatever milk will suit your fancy for a drink. The main sitting area is very chic and cozy. There are spots outside as well as a little nook inside if you need a quieter area to sit. As for the service, i absolutely love these people. They're so friendly and welcoming, and don't just flat out ignore you if you aren't ordering like some cafes do. It's in a beautiful historic building that always gives me inspiration whenever i go there to get work done.“
“This little coffee joint is the absolute best. Conveniently located across from the convention center, it has a great selection of coffee, breakfast, and brunch options. The coffee is wonderful and the breakfast sandwiches are made to order in front of you with fresh ingredients. There are comfortable couches and cute little tables. To top it off the owner is sweet, friendly, and goes above and beyond for her customers!“

“My wife was looking for a tea room in the Peoria area. In her search, the Emerald Tea Room came up. It was conveniently located in East Peoria near a few antique shops. It is open from 11 am to 2 pm Tuesday through Saturday. All of the food is made in house. The soups were excellent, great sandwiches, bread and desserts. It is family owned. The service was delightful.“
