Allesia at the front desk is so awesome. She greeted me as I approached her check in desk and was super friendly throughout the entire check in process. A lot of places ask in their surveys if you would hire this person to work for you or with you and my answer for Allesia is ABSOLUTELY!!Food & drinks: The breakfast here is always hot and fresh. Albert is always incredibly nice and fun to talk with.

Rooms were pretty good. Mattress could be better. Breakfast on Sunday and Monday were great! Omelette and waffles were so good!! Wonderful and attentive staff.

Stayed here for two nights as a getaway with my husband. For this caliber of hotel I expected more.... the rooms are dated and feel dirty(carpet/keurig had mold in it/air vent was caked in dust/ac cover wasn't screwed on/mildew stains on the tub/carpet was dirty.) Staff was helpful and attentive but it doesn't make up for the amount of money spent for a 4 star room. I will not be recommending people stay here. It's close to everything but the area doesn't seem safe. Parking is paid and supposedly monitored but I was still sketchy on leaving my vehicle. This place reminded me of a fancy red roof inn, I always thought Hilton was a fancy hotel. I have to give props to the omelette chef, the breakfast was good but not good enough to make me stay here again.

Check in was easy and the man working at the desk was very nice. But the room was dirty, the beds were teeny tiny, blankets were paper thin, the pool was dirty…for the amount paid for a 2 night stay I expected a lot more.Rooms: The room we booked was supposed to have 2 queen beds. They were double beds. The sofa sleeper had weird yellow and brown stains on the sheets, the toilet had dried vomit all over it, the bathroom floor was sticky, the bathtub had hair on the walls, there was gum stuck in the carpet, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Not worth the $ at all.Food & drinks: The breakfast in the morning was decent. They do have a good selection of breakfast items to choose from.

This is a typical Embassy Suites with an attached conference center. It used to be a higher rated property but they have turned to nickel and dime efforts to ruin the experience. $13 to park, $6 tiny bottles of water, little to no recognition for Hilton Elites, high early check in fees, etc. etc.Noteworthy details: Parking fees not included in price.

The breakfast guys deserve a high five! Albert and Marshall. They were friendly, have a great personality, did a great job of multi tasking, and made our made to order breakfast just right! They made mornings fun!

The staff was great, specifically dealt with Jennifer and Sunny who helped with getting us squared away with multiple rooms we had booked for a large conference. They were extremely patient, personable and funny. I definitely wanted to recognize them for how much they helped me out!! Thanks!!

Second time staying here. Everything went well. No complaints. Nice hotel. Nice rooms. Breakfast is where it’s at! Marshall cooked some good French toast. Albert though…Albert hooked me up with an omelet that was the works. Best omelet I ever had! Embassy Suites do what you can to keep Marshall and Albert. Breakfast is so much better with them around! Thanks gentlemen!!!

The staff was beyond wonderful. I cannot say enough about how kind and attentive everyone was. I was attending a conference and had a specific dietary preference. The kitchen staff and chef were extremely helpful.
