Arrived at 11:38 am stood in line for 20 minutes to order a regular size cold sandwich then stood in line another 10 minutes for sandwich to be made and another 5 minutes to pay for the sandwich unexceptable way under staffed won’t be back they really need to rework the way there sandwich line is ran and double up on all staff From 11am thru 2pm good luck if you only have a 30 minute lunch you will need it

Jersey Mike's is a great sandwich spot. 1 of my favorites. I usually get The Italian, Chicken Bacon Ranch and The Steak and Cheese. They load the Italian sandwich with meat and the meat is really flavorable. The CBR is good as well its jus a little Salty. The Steak and Cheese is delicious. They season the Steak just rite!! Their Bread is always tasty,fresh and the ingredients are high quality.

I called to ask about following up an application and a random team memeber answered the phone and blabbering a bunch of gibberish and when i asked for clarification on wether i can talk to the hiring manager they just hung up on me. If thats how i was just dismissed for trying to work there then imagine how they treat customers.

I came in for a tuna sandwich today around 6:00 .I ordered the medium size and the guy that waited on me just grabbed a piece of bread and started to cut it but didn't ask me what kind of bread I wanted.Then he started cutting lunch meat for a different one for some other order and then went back to my sandwich.Also he was wearing gloves and holding two ink pens in one hand and made my sandwich without changing gloves.I paid for the sandwich and chips and took it home and ate it because I was tired from working all week .I'm not sure what is going on in there but I was not impressed with the service.

Beware, this place’s staff is really struggling. Line out the door, no hussle, no greeting, confusion, cashier disappearing. They don’t have the bandwidth for all the online orders. Manager needs attention at this store because the crew was a mess.

We ordered through the website as we always do. I guess then door dash picks up your order. Well when we got our "order" it was a bag filled with candy. We were extremely upset by this! We reached out to jersey mikes and without hesitation our order was replaced and delivered with the actual food we ordered. This is outstanding customer service and we are extremely appreciative. Thank you for going above and beyond without hesitation!
