The employees are friendly but the past three times going the food quality has been dropping. The chicken was from opening that day, it was late afternoon when we dined and silly me expected fresh foods. The guacamole was brown and crusty from sitting so long. Just nasty.

It's like Chipotle with a few more options and queso. They seem to be but with staffing issues, as the dining room was dirty and the soda machines were busted and out of ice.Parking: Building the Freddy's killed traffic flow and took up a lot of parking.

Dirty. Slow. Something wet on floor. Coke machine was flooding with water. Salsa weird color. Some object in one of the salsas at the salsa bar. Took 3 kids with us & my husband. My foot was good but as I went to the line and serve they needed to change the pants of the meat and the rice before I got to the line they were down to nothing I asked for a steak and didn't have any it will be about 15 minutes before they cook some they worse people in line waiting and there was only three employees working the whole restaurant they were not staff for the amount of business they needed to be more prepared for the day just a word of advice thank you

My family likes it here but I think that time of visit makes all the difference here at Moe's. Do not come in to eat the last hour of the day. I am never completely satisfied with the food in the last hour just before they close.Kid-friendliness: My growing kids really like the full sized entres here.

I come here every Monday for 8.99 bowls and drinks, amazing deal with huge and delicious burrito bowls. Makes for a great meal and leftovers for lunch the next day. Salsa and chips are free with selve serve salsa bar, greatly appreciated. Employees are always super quick and friendly as well!

It’s sad when you get worse service with both managers working. This is only a recent issue. I would say the regular crew gets 5 star for sure. They kill it. Always polite and make things exactly how you want it. Easily get thru rush hours they all seem to work very well together. They are the reason we continue to come into Moe’s.
