Noodles Co used to be a good value. Portion sizes are 30% of what they used to be. You would seriously have to order three entrees to get what you used to get 3 years ago. Not interested in being hungry after I just had lunch.

Had enjoyed this place in the past….hadn’t been here recently. Today…meh. Understaffed…meal sat for over 5 minutes and was lukewarm Dishes were way too salty, and had the flavor and appearance of microwaved frozen dinners. My mom and I aren’t fussy, but we agreed that we wished we’d gone elsewhere for lunch.

I cannot believe I wasted $10 on this. I ordered pickup, but no one would wait on me. Customers were practically yelling their personal conversations, and of course they had to pay with coins! I don't think the cashier knew how to count money. It was dark, with a tall shelf of cleaning supplies right by the entrance. Not exactly inviting. Will never go back to any Noodles & Co. location.

Workers are miserable. I felt bad for them, truly. The guy taking my order did not want to be there and that was clear. He was nice towards the end. Wait was 20 min for the tortellini garlic dish which was not good. The zucchini wasn’t cooked at all. Expensive for 6 tortellini noodles. Would not recommend. Rice Krispy absolutely flavorless.

A friend of mine spotted this place and knew we had to try it. I was prepared to either get a salad since I'm doing keto or just have a cheat meal. We approached the counter and someone was ready to take the order, everyone seemed to really enjoy working there, makes for a great atmosphere. The menu consists of different pasta dishes. They were all very pleasant and helpful. They have your Italian, but also Asian and there's also mac n cheese. I noticed Zoodles on the menu!! I think my friend was more excited for me that I don't have to get a salad again. He got the pad thai which he said was amazing. I added parmesan encrusted chicken to my creamy garlic sauced zoodles. They also have rewards, having a birthday gives a free entee, after your first visit. I will definitely return many more times. Excellent service, excellent food, clean and comfortable atmosphere. Way to go.Parking: Parking lot shared with other eateries in same shopping complex.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible for wheelchairs and handicapped parking is also available

Everything was great but what made it awesome was Mike. He helped us with customizing our order, brought our food to us, cleaned up our table, and had great conversation. He was so polite and personable. He truly made it a wonderful dining experience.

There was one worker at Noodles & Company that was working his butt off, but we had to wait on another guy to take our order after being outside and just didn’t seem like he was too happy to be there. The food was still good and we wished the one guy working the floor and cleaning had more praise.

The first time I got food there it fantastic. I ordered the spicy Korean. I substituted the zucchini noodles and tofu. The second and last time I went in I ordered the same thing. Only this time the noodles were so overcookedthey were mushy and not even green anymore. Everything was swimming in the sauce like a soup. Plus, there were literally only 5 pieces of tofu in there. It was so gross I couldn't even finish the mush. For $14, I was very disappointed, to say the least . Overcooked vegetables are my pet peeve and if I want soup, I will order soup!
