I’ve never felt the need to complain about a specific worker before but Nancy who took my order was extremely rude and disrespectful. She ignored us for the first 5 minutes we were standing in line and got mad when I asked what was on a sandwich telling me “it’s on the menus” :( not sure what her problem with me specifically was, She also did not ask me about my number for points or what side I wanted. Then got mad that I want a pick two so she had to put the order in again, when I stated from the beginning that I wanted a pick two. But I hope she has a better day.

Huge menu, typical price gouging on salads, soups, sandwiches, and everything shipped out of their factory to be reheated and charged at least a thousand percent markup, but it sure hits good every time! The app is fantastic and easy. Rewards are fine. Staff here was extremely polite and accomplished. Parking and location is great for quick running in and out which I did to claim by birthday pastry, an orange scone, that thanks to the preservatives still tasted right a day later. I am astonished at the popularity of these fast casual chains charging as much for less food compared to Chili's and Outback and most any local restaurant. Panera is so over priced, a bowl of low calorie soup is nearly ten bucks, crazy!

Most other Panera's I have been to give you the little buzzer thing for when your food is ready- they holler out names here-sometimes very loud-a little disruptive if you are having conversation with your dinnermates. But maybe that's fun for the workers. Soup is good - sandwich ok- I couldn't really taste the bacon on my sandwich though.
Myself and two co-workers ordered lunch for delivery. The order ticket that was delivered with the order was correct. However, none of us received our french baguette which comes with each order. One of us ordered extra dressing but did not receive that either. Guess we were lucky to receive 2 spoons, 1 knife and 1 fork. The total for this lunch was over $50 and we didn't even receive our full orders. I tried to call the store twice. Of course no one answered the phone for either delivery problems or to speak with an associate or manager. Not surprised! I believe I will pass on Panera in the future.
