My wife and I had dinner on a Thursday night and left unimpressed. There were approximately 12 people dining, with two servers. We were seated promptly and we ordered a hamburger for me and a clam basket by my wife. Food was delivered promptly. My burger was fine but nothing special. My wife said her fries were cold and the clams rubbery, like they may have been frozen for an extended period. We didn't see the waitress again until it was time for the check. She mentioned that the manager had her doing other things, and apologized for not checking on us. What is more important than sitting customers? All in all not great. Maybe Robert Irvine needs to visit.

The service was ok. The food was not good at all. The tenderloin was straight from the freezer and had no flavor. The meat loaf I couldn’t finish because I wouldn’t have fed it to my dogs and the mashed potatoes were straight from a box. The French onion soup was not bad though.

The best tenderloin I have ever ate. Thr onion rings melt in your mouth. They are finely cut and battered. The wait staff were very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Excellent cheeseburger's! Recently moved here from the Chicago suburbs and I know a great cheeseburger. We have so many good joint's up there and this is as good a cheeseburger as any around! Service i very good also. Working class ambiance. Comfortable and pretty quiet.

Food was “pub OK”. Service and food delivery was slow. I joined my table late, they had their drinks, I ordered mine and it took 15-20 minutes for an unsweetened tea to arrive.
Food was decent, i'm assuming with covid things may have made this place go a little down hill. Had a reduced menu of pictures seen in other reviews of the menu. Dark inside the place. My first time there!

My husband and I ate there on July 9th. We got there around 430-5pm. Our waitress/bartender was very friendly and prompt, there were other tables and she checked every table to see if everything was ok. The other waitress was on break. She was just very friendly and busy, but always had a smile. Our tenderloin sandwiches were cooked just right and just the right size, not real big. Fries were good and my husband’s beer was cold. We will recommend and will be back.
