Things were going great until I received the bill and noticed I was charged for two items I didn’t receive.Now the manager did correct the situation but I had to catch it. I was given a bill that just had the total, no itemized receipt: I initially just tipped on the receipt I got. Only to realize when I asked for itemized receipt I got charged for food items I didn’t receive.I asked what time kitchen closed and Bridget said midnight. It was 10:59pm. I ordered food and she came back at 11:20pm saying she had bad news and the kitchen was closed. I playfully gave her a hard time saying 15-20min she could’ve told me sooner. She said I can give you a leftover pizza, do you want it? I said sure. So she gave me 60% of a leftover pizza, which I did appreciate but she charged me for mozzarella sticks and chickens wings which I ordered that amounted to much more than the pizza I thought she was giving away for free since it was “leftover” anyways, not so great of an experience.Hope Bridget reads this and learns from it.

Can’t get any service, everyone was rude. Do not waste your time. Been waiting 30 minutes between drinks. No one seems to care. Update after 45 minutes I went to William b’s on the other side of the casino and got my drink and took it back, that took about 15 minutes and by the time I got back my glass was still empty and so were my 3 friends’ glasses. Will never return!

It’s a shame. One of the worse experiences in my life and I’m pretty fair. The place had a nice atmosphere with good music but had to wait 2 hours for food. Worse part was staff didn’t seem to care like it was another day on the job. They were way understaff after waiting over an hour we asked about our food and they send it’s one of the next tickets. My friend asked for water they brought her a coke she asked for water again and then they just never brought her any. Isn’t it standard to get everyone at the table water? The part that pushed me over the edge to write this review, once the food came I kindly asked for a box and the check. I asked if there would be a discount provided considering the wait. The waitress said I don’t think so because “everyone got this service” but I can ask my manager she said. I asked if she could please do that. She came back to tell me her manager wouldn’t give the discount “ because like I said everyone had that service”. Everyone had to wait over an hour for their food…. I’m at a lost for words on that one. Never in my life. Sorry that to me is a poor excuse for restaurant service. Manager couldn’t even come out and apologize in the very least. In my opinion that just showed how much they do not care about the customer leaving happy. Won’t be coming here again. Save yourself the trouble. Better off gambling your money away at the casino.

Took nearly 2 hours to get food and when it came out it was the worst quality ever. Example: ceaser salad was a bed of wilted lettuce with chicken, the consistency of something from a can, thrown on top. Nothing else. No one should pay nearly 15 dollars for that. Waitress couldn't remember to bring me a glass of water after asking for it 3 times and when I asked for a manager she returned speaking for the manager instead of with a manager. Worst service and terrible food.

I'm shocked someone would rate this place and not give 5 stars. I took my wife out for our anniversary last nite. And it couldn't have been more perfect. The food was amazing. The deserts were heavenly. Wife got a long Island and loved it. This is by far our new favorite place to eat. I can't wait to try the pretzel next time. If I could put 10 fire emojis I would. Thank you for the great food and service. Wish I could remember our waiters name. Cause he was great. And very on top of things. Twice we weren't ready. And he was back in 3 minutes each time. I'd give him 10 stars. 1 wrinkle tho I've gotta bring it up. The tacos should come with a warning label. They are teeny tiny smallest tacos I'd ever seen. And I'm a taco lover

I visited on NYE. I specifically asked about a table as we planned to eat dinner. They told me 4 tables remained. After entering and attempting at 2 tables I was told they were reserved which I tried calling ahead and told tables could not be reserved… We ended up finding a place to sit at the bar. The bartender made drinks that were almost too strong to drink, our food was completely wrong, and we were over charged for alcohol we didn’t order and a meal we didn’t order. (Almost $50) I called to try to make it right and was completely brushed off and said the manager would call me back. I haven’t heard from anyone! Also the food was terrible, the bartender ignored me for 40 mins trying to order a soda. The atmosphere was too crowded and fights. I do not recommend this place at all and I will not be back!

Sat at the bar, bartender was off, did not give me or other guests the attention needed. Place was not busy, bar had like eight people. I sat at the bar, order a long Island with a splash of coke and a splash of sweet and sour. The drink tasted like a lemon drink. I ordered a shot of knob Creek to Dilute some of the lemon aid taste. The guys on my left complained about the bar tender not refilling his drink and said it happen quite often. Addition to my order, was a veggie Nachos, costing $16 dollars! WOW! PARADISE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT serving its customers. At the end of the horrible service, I paid $40 dollars for one person. When a person spend money in an establishment, the food/service should be worth the time and money. This experience was f@@#% HORRIBLE! HAPPY HOLIDAYS! ?
