Was a great visit for something different. Nice atmosphere and the customer service was great. We enjoyed bowling in the underwater theme. Will recommend to others. The store also was huge and had a lot of clothing.

This place looked cool, but the bartender was horrible. She was rude and disrespectful to both me and my parents. She had us sit at a table, and a waitress said she would come. We waited for about 25 minutes before the bartender asked us to go order at the bowling counter. Every other table had a waitress, and there were employees standing around doing nothing. Not cool ??

You have to order food on app, you don't have an actual waitress. You can't run a tab a pay later: you have to order food all at once or pay separately- like appetizer first then meal. Food was delivered quickly. No refills were offered, not sure if it is possible or if you would have to re order on app. Attempted to order hamburger twice and it was not available so had to settle on chicken strips. Meals are pretty expensive for normal food.

We had a birthday party here with 8 pre teens. Paid $300 for the silver package. You get ONE lane, and if it’s busy and crowded you better deal with it because once you leave the desk they don’t help you the rest of the time. The pizza was under cooked and I had to go behind the counter to refill our drinks all the time since no one came to check on us!. When we left the lane and into the dinning area no spot was reserved for us so we, the 8 kids plus four adults, had to squeeze into a booth and make it work. No one once tried to help or accommodate. $300 dollars for ONE lane, 2 raw pizzas, non refilled drinks, and no party space for cake and presents. Why have a party package if it would have been cheaper for me to just bowl and order pizza! Lol unacceptable.If you wanna have a party here, I’d consider elsewhere first.

Had my 5 year olds birthday party with bowling and the arcade. Kids had fun, but computer system for bowling kept locking up. For timed use of the lanes this sucks, but the staff reset everything and gave us back 30 minutes of bowling time to fix the issue.

Only 2 comments that make it 4. Prices and for the price I think they could have more help. The place was packed with 3 servers. They were doing the best they could, but there's only so much a person can do. It was fun though! Over $100 for 4 drinks, 1 kids meal and chips and salsa.
Cute place, love the decor. Kids love bowling there. Food is pretty pricey but good.

A shockingly limited menu with nothing of interest on it and what was on there was basically pre-made food that they just reheat and charge wildly exorbitant amounts of money for. $17.99 for chicken fingers? Are they out of their minds? Walked out without even ordering anything and went to a real restaurant.

We did the bowling and food at once. They change stuff everytime we are there. This time absolutely no servers now for bowling. Worker walked by and said we had to roll with the punches since they are short staffed so anytime we needed something we had to go stand at bar for 10 minutes while waiting for the one bartender to come to you(keep in mind your bowling is timed) Food was mediocre at best. For the whole hour we were bowling, there was three workers behind the front counter. Pretty sure only one is needed there and could have one person each servicing the 6 lanes on each side. But the manager gets paid to make those decisions. Just not good service.
