Didn't realize it was located in a college food court before gps-ing directions. Wish the physical description provided was accurate and more telling. Either way, we arrive with 23 collegiate athletes and received our food in a timely manner, but the service was beyond HORRIBLE! There were two (2) ladies working both registers. We proceed to inform both ladies that we will be covering all 23 meals. I get that it was 5:30pm on a Saturday and I get that it was a lot of orders to take, but that is no excuse to be as rude as one of the women were. The other lady was nice and pleasant. The younger of the two should be terminated. We didn't appreciate her passive aggressive behaviors and overall negative attitude. She was cutting people off during ordering, not answering questions about the menu without raising her voice, and kept complaining to other customers about how "a coach brought his team in here"....just flat out disrespectful. We will not EVER visit this location again. If you hate your job that much, then please, by all means do anything else!

I've been going here since 2020 and in the last year, they've started saying more and more that the ice cream machine is down, and shakes are unavailable. It's a good Chick-fil-A, but I don't feel like the shake machine has suddenly started repeatedly failing. If this happens again, I'll reduce this to a 2-star or 1-star review.

Order a cobb salad no corn extra cheese an egg did not get what I asked for but got cabbage in my salad an guess what IM ALGERIC TO CABBAGE LAWSUIT
Got my snarl-toothed winky stuck between a chikin paddy and sum sweet thai honey mustard sauce. Then proceeded to boot my pasty rear to the back entrance door until Willy yelled "let's go wigga". Needless to say I will be back to get my winky stuck here again!

I was sitting in the pick up lane, the only one there, still took 3 minutes of me sitting there to start my food. how do I know? After paying I heard the Convo 3 minutes later that it hadn’t been started when they went to get my food so I could leave after spending that time restocking. Maybe take advantages of sundays and get it together?

This new facility is located in an area this is under development. Locating the entrance was a bit tricky, but once we arrived we found the parking a tad tight. Chic-Fil-A is well know for their food and fast service. That being said, we found the staff extremely friendly and happy to serve. The service at this NEW facility was slow and struggled with order entry. Pricing seemed a tad aggressive, but after a 10 minute wait our order made it to our table.

Didn’t get all of our food , and what we did get had black hair in it! Ordered regular nuggets and received grilled nuggets! Will not go here again!
