The bowling lanes are nice but the seating is too crammed together and the shoes were soooo old and falling apart.The arcades were a disaster!! Had no idea how much the games cost beforehand, appearantly was leaving credits on the games we were playing cause wasn't aware we had purchased more than one game. Was suppose to be earning tickets, however $20 of point play ,only earned us 6 "tickets"!!!!!! But it doesn't actually spit out tickets so had no idea if we winning tickets or not. 6 points whas enough to get a rubber bracelet. The prize options were so simple and old school. The machines are crammed together your practically bumping elbows with someone when your playing a gameThere wasn't any full service food available, there wasn't an endless taco/nacho bar like advertised and the fixin's bar was a waste of $14 for sure, the food wasn't fresh and the variety on the bar did not include half of what it was suppose to.From the moment we walked through the front door it was like a puzzle ya had to piece together trying to figure everything out. I had spent probably an hour at least browsing thier website and reading thier flyers and menus before going, but still had trouble . I couldn't find the days and hours of the full service menu online, and the quick-service menu had very few options, pretty much a burger or pizza.Never even seen where the laser tag was even at or any signs as to which direction to get to it.Overall had a bad experience and doubt we go back

Always good for family fun ages young to not as young. Food is good. Service was great. A few food options were unavailable and they figured something out and provided a portion for free.

Have been taking my family here for years, spent several thousand dollars doing an event there aswell…needless to say we were a fan of the place. Out last visit was our last visit for a while.Food was great no complaints there, afterwards we (family if 5) bought the all access pass for the games was slightly over $100. I was highly disappointed when a third of the games required additional payment, the other two thirds if the games were either broken or was out of order. After about an hour you can clearly see that children were unattended and thrashing the games that were available (probably the main reason that half the games that worked were missing key parts) I almost immediately wanted a refund.We wont be returning until something changes.

Good value for cost. We enjoyed that certain games in the arcade area unlimited play for a specified time period. The ticket exchange for prizes could use another hand, but overall good spot.

Had a good time. Food was decent. Good gaming selection. We didn't bowl or play laser tag because of wait time. There were al of parties going on, so wait were to be expected. Staff handled the load pretty good. Only complaint is, I think it would be better having one more person working ticket counter for prizes.
Terible place to have a birthday party. Your bombarded by noise from every direction. You can't even hear yourself talk.The arcade machines are too tightly packed together making impossible to get to the ones in the back without squishing past 70 people to get to where most of the games even are. My 6 and 9 year olds were too frightened to play more then the outside games.There is also a no sidewalks outside of the building so you have to walk through the parking lot to access the other facilities. Little kids plus huge vans and trucks with no pedestrian safe zones is a disaster waiting to happen.The chares in the restaurant area are too pointy, and my son bursed himself on them at least 3 times .Despite what this place was trying to be they seemingly made no accommodations for kids or parents when designing the layout of the business.
