This place deserves zero stars. They regularly delete bad reviews. Don’t waste your money there. My review got 10,000+ views before they deleted it. The place looks nice but the service is TERRIBLE. Very cliquey and snooty. Dude had to do my nails twice because I asked for gel and he used powdered acrylic that wouldn’t cure… the pictures speak for themselves. Terrible. Had to go home and file them myself & there was goo all over.

Exo Lounge is a beautiful bar. The bartenders are friendly and they have an extensive and thoughtful cocktail menu. We love to sit at the bar after I get my nails done. They have a happy hour now and it is also great! My favorite drinks are the Bubbling Berries, white chocolate martini, and coconut mojito, and strawberry jalapeño margarita. They will be serving food soon and I cannot wait to try it all! This is a great spot to come for a casual evening or a fancy night out!

Appointment at 2:00. Left at 3:00 when they still hadn't even started my manicure. Receptionist wasn't very polite and fed me a line about being short staffed and everyone having to wait. Didn't even apologize. Will not be back.

AMAZING place to go!! Brought my grandma here and awesome service. We got our nails done and had amazing nail techs named Wee and Jason and an amazing woman that took care of everything for us and made it an excellent time named Kristy! I will definitely be back for the lounge and the nail bar! Kristy explained all the great nights they have at the lounge like college night!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING service!!!:)

First time here. Rushed to a seat even though I expressed I was waiting for a bridal party. I was halfway through my full set when they arrived (on time) - I was a few minutes early. Usually no big deal but this was a bridal party event. My nails were rushed. The shape was totally off and way more coffin than I showed in a picture and my nails are super sharp. I have to file them myself. I also paid $65 for these tips with no nail prep (cuticles, hangnails, etc) and no cuticle oil or lotion. A rip off and grossly overpriced. Place is beautiful however.

I brought my 5 year old in today for her birthday. It was her first time getting a manicure and pedicure. That staff was so wonderful. From the moment we entered the building I was impressed with their customer service. Everything was super clean! We felt truly spoiled and loved ever moment of our experience. I NEVER leave reviews good or bad, but EXO impressed me!!! I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails and rarely get a pedi. The staff was phenomenal, had awesome attitudes, & very knowledgeable about the services they offer. My hubby and I also went to the lounge after I was done. Very friendly and professional bartenders.We don't even live in Illinois, we live in NW Ohio and I will be there getting my nails done here on a regular basis...we can't say enough great things about this place
