This place is chronically understaffed. I actually really like the food, which is why I waited about 17 minutes for 1 entree in the drive thru tonight. The people are almost always extremely friendly and my orders are usually correct. But, my oh my does their management need to do something with staffing - or whatever is causing these long wait times. They have about 8 items on the menu - all of which should theoretically be pre-made.They just need to take orders and scoop the appropriate quantities of the ordered meal into a container. I don't see how it can possibly take so long. This is probably the 3rd time this wait issue has happened at this location. Each time it notches them down further on my list of places to consider. Why do people continually flock to chick-fil-a? Because it is consistently fast, efficient, tasty and friendly. This place just needs to get the fast and efficient part figured out CONSISTENTLY.

The food is always perfect and the prices are great for what you get. You never have to worry about not being full once you leave. Danny was a great help and he even gave us some great coupons! Spam Musubi is the best!
