Anytime I am near St Louis I try to find an Imo's. Thank goodness they have expanded outside of St Louis and I found one in Edwardsville. I ordered a house salad and a 2 topping 12" pizza. Both items were so good. St Louis style pizza is so unique. The staff was so nice and service was quick. I would not suggest you go on balloon guy night unless you like the sound of screaming children. Thankfully my order was to-go and only had to tone out the horrible children for a few minutes. The store is clean with plenty of seating.

Munchie always hits up IMOs on the way home from getting the herb. Always friendly, always hot and that cherry Mello Yello hits just right when munchie is baked.Check out your local bud tender and this god like place of munchies favorites things....MUNCHIES

Tonight my daughter and I went into IMO's and ordered a large Buffalo Chicken Pizza. After an 50 min wait and still no Pizza arriving at our table, my daughter inquired about our Pizza, the person at the counter informed us they had forgotten to make our Pizza. We were never given any sort of apology or accommodation for our Pizza order being forgotten after waiting for one hour. We were very disappointed in our whole experience at IMO's.

Really disappointing…I’ve been going to this location for over 20 years, since I was a kid, and this will be my last time visiting this restaurant. I have been waiting for my pizza for over 50 minutes, to which I was originally told it would only take 25 minutes. I just went up to the front counter to check on my order, and the lady at the front counter just tells me that they lost my ticket and forgot about my order so it’s going to take another 10 minutes to get my pizza. Another 13 minutes pass and I’m finally given a pizza, but not given any apology for the hour wait and I wasn’t given plates!!! This pizza should have been free, this is absolutely ridiculous.
Walked in tonight to order the lunch special. They no longer offer it at night. Totally cool. I then asked for their medium pizza with the thicker crust (I would get the thick crust on the lunch special) and I was told I could only get the thick crust pizza with a family deal ($26.99). Needless to say, we left. There are some things I will never understand.

This is my go to Imo's on the east side. What can I say, I grew up in St. Louis and I like provel. I've never been inside so I won't comment. The pizza is good old fashioned IMO's. Most important is that pick-up is easy, and delivery is very fast. The drivers are always friendly.

Not sure what happened but after this place was recommended by acquaintances, it turned out to be much less than I expected. The pizza was really salty and difficult to chew. I was a dine-in customer but the pizza was put in the hold cabinet, so I sat for 25 mins waiting for the pizza that was not served. Nothing special about the dining atmosphere, more like a highschool cafeteria.
