My husband and I visited JJs and had the best service ever at this location. Mike and Evan are fantastic and made the best sandwiches we have ever had here. 10/10 stars would recommend.
This has to be the slowest and most understaffed JJs. There was one employee in the store (this was during lunch time). He took the order of the person in front of me and then took my order. He started working on her order and stopped in the middle to help someone who had just walked in the door. Weird, but I get it, you're one person. Ordered #9 night club Italian. The sandwich itself was decent but the service could’ve maybe been a little nicer. They seemed impatient after I told them it was my first time there (there was no line so I took 2-3 min to look at the menu). They might’ve just been tired and I’m trying to be understanding. It felt like it could’ve been a little more personable or they could’ve offered some guidance? Just a little advice Regardless, they’re still doing a good job!
