This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered food and god the wrong order or had missing items. There is even a check list on the receipt saying all the items are in the bag. It’s frustrating.

Mummy & myself dined at Panera and both ordered a chicken sandwich ?..... nothing at all special about the highly touted chicken sandwich..... not very big the bun was cold and the price was well beyond what you get at other sit-down restaurants let alone fast food..... sorry I just wouldn't recommend their chicken sandwiches ? there wasn't very much breading..... I wish I had something positive 2 say but it real life just like this review..... thanx

Several times we have experienced menu items that are not available. They are a bread company but run of out of bread at dinner time.

Check your order before you leave. Went thru the drive through ordered and paid for a bowl of soup - got a cup, ordered a cookie - not in the order (got dropped off the order somehow) and asked for no chicken on a salad but it came with chicken even though request was repeated to me. Not a complicated order so its disappointing to have so many errors.

Lately they’ve been out of stuff. I have to ask for my drink cup for my rapid order which gets annoying. They use to stick the cup with it

We gather every Monday to play cards and eat. The older staff is very rude and have no social manners. You would think if you ate breakfast and lunch there every week there would be some type of acknowledgment and appreciation to see us! There was one staff member who always took the time to make sure we didn't need anything. She is no longer at this location. The place is always extremely cold. You would think when we're wearing gloves and heavy winter clothes they'd want to make sure we were comfortable. On top of all this only usually one cashier and they can be backed up to the door and don't add additional staff. Hopefully it will improve because this store needs some tlc.

Drive thru takes forever. Even when I walk in the cafe, there's no one really there to help customer to walk in. So I'm not sure what everyone working there is actually doing
Joshua Raffaelle took my order and he was OUTSTANDING. His energy was exactly what I needed this Monday afternoon! He greeted me so nicely and was so understanding with my order and bent over backwards to ensure that my experience was amazing. Thank you Joshua, you are the gem of this establishment.

It was on Wednesday (05/04/23) I ordered a chicken noddle soup ( a bowl size- around 8 dollars ) and got served with a whole bowl just broth with 2 pieces of chicken, 2 pieces of carrot and 4 pieces of mini noodles. My boyfriend tried to ask the staff if they could change/give more and they denied. They claim that they only allowed to give me a certain number of scoop. Also, they give us a 'weird' look. Never come here again. The worst experience ever.

This place should close!! Always out of everything like lids for cups, butter, eggs etc.. charge full price for a drink with no lid! Amazing there still open and people want to go there. Management must have there heads stuck in a hole and can't see what's up with the issues they have. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN and waste my money on a business that's so poorly run.

I come here at least 3 times a week because it is a nice place to work as a student! My go-to is the grilled cheese and tomato soup and every time it is consistent and delicious! I know pretty much all the staff now and I can say that they are always kind and welcoming to me! The restaurant is almost always clean unless they are super busy which is understandable. Overall I would highly recommend!!
