Our family has been here twice on a Thursday and a Friday. The team working were so friendly and talked to our kids. The food is always so good! I was just impressed with how kind and welcoming the staff was!

Today I came in around 4:30 to get dinner for my family. There were only 2 employees present & during my time there they had mine & another gentleman's order, a door dash order, a group of three & a family of six. Even while busy the employees were very friendly, the service was pretty quick & the sandwich was delicious!!!

My wife and I go to the Edwardsville location a couple times a month. It is never busy. The store is usually clean and the employees are friendly. The biggest problem is EVERY time we go, they get my wife's order wrong. She orders a cheesesteak with no cheese. The put cheese on it every time. The ticket with her order shows no cheese but they out cheese on it anyway. The food is always hot and fresh. I can live with them not getting my wife's order right. They normally fix it quickly and are very apologetic.

Employees were nice. Food was fresh and fast. But can the owners please clean the ice machine. I got a glimpse inside by looking around the ice dispenser and it was brown and sludgy. Absolutely disgusted me.

Great subs! Wanted something a little different than the normal fare in Edwardsville. Have never been here, and I was pretty happy.Fries are great. And they have malt vinegar!

Full disclosure, the only sub I've ever had from Penn Station is the Philly Cheesesteak, with mushrooms. But that alone is enough to give the food 5 stars in my opinion.I've never had a bad sub from this location, and the staff are always extremely friendly. Everything is clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and if you show up on a Tuesday it's Free Cookie Sample Day with your order, so keep that in mind.I intended to take s pic of my food with this review, but... I couldn't keep myself from eating everything for long enough.So stop by, get a sub, say hi to the friendly people behind the counter, and for the love of all that's holy remember to get fries with your order. It's worth it.

Very rude young employee. Came in to pick up an order and she mumbled complaints and insults about customers while they were sitting there. Said "you're welcome" in an annoyed tone after I grabbed the food and left, as if it was rude of me not to say thanks after she was blatantly complaining. Very poor experience; compared to when it usually is pretty decent.

Not at all busy (surprisingly) so my sandwich was out quickly. My cheesesteak was hot and done well.It was even delivered to the table. Lemonade was great. All of the tables were clean and the server disinfected the drink/condiment table while I ate. One of the cleanest restaurants I’ve been in. This was my first visit, but certainly not my last.
