I really love this place. I wish it was closer to home instead I have to drive 30min away for my favorite sandwich. Hopefully we will get one in Ofallon or Shiloh IL would be great ?

I came in on Friday evening 3/22, no greeting. Stood there for 2 min and the employee straight up ignored me. I walked out and won’t be back. I was a regular customer and love Quiznos. This is a shame.

Always delicious! Very nice staff! I will say this location opens at 10:30, not 10:00. I submitted an update to google maps. Not sure if it took. I went at 10 a week ago or so, to find they were closed. I def waited the half hour tho.

Heather helped me with my meal first time to this location used to go to all the Quiznos in Iowa when I live there. Heather was awesome! Congenial, friendly, just a great employee! You can count on me coming back! Thank you very much!!!!!

Just walked out of the store because I waited 10 minutes and all three staff members ignored me as they proceeded to finish a catering order. My presence was not acknowledged the entire time.You would think they would begin catering orders BEFORE the store opens and would give precedence to customers who are physically in the store.VERY DISAPPOINTED. I wasted gas and time to leave empty handed and hungry.
Shame it's so far from home but glad they're still around. Always the best subs.

I placed an online order for an early lunch and on the way to facility the manager called and said they had equipment problems and wouldn't have my order ready for at least an hour. I asked if they could cancel my order and refund my credit card which they never have. Multiple calls to facility and I can't communicate with any manager because they're never there.

Well, with all the other choices in the area, I guess I won't be going to Quiznos again. The three goth kids they had working there did not want to wait on anyone. My sandwich sat on the rollers for over five minutes with no one even out at the counter at all, it's really sad what service is turned into in this country check another place off that's going to close.
