I’ve been here multiple times, their food is delicious and their boba drinks are fantastic. The customer service is excellent and their workers are very kind. The first time I went it was very busy so it was a little messier. But everytime since it’s been very clean. I had their peach tea and their passion fruit tea, both were delicious. I also had both their taiyaki (Nutella) and their strawberry bingsu. Both were delicious but I suggest sharing the bingsu. It’s a lot for one person.

What a gem to come to Edwardsville/Glen Carbon! This Korean dessert cafe, located in the same double-suite as Poke Munch, has boba tea of all types, espresso drinks, fresh taiyaki (like a warm, fish-shaped waffle stuffed with fruit filling, red bean paste, or nutella), and bingsu (kind of like a snow-textured frozen and shareable dessert, they tell me). The three of us got a traditional milk boba tea, a whipped dalgona coffee boba drink, an apple cinnamon taiyaki, and a Nutella taiyaki (the spouse ordered a red bean paste so I wouldn't steal any bites, but, lucky me, they gave us a Nutella by mistake). EVERYTHING was delicious! The spouse was familiar with taiyaki, but the two I tried were my firsts. They nearly melted in my mouth, they were so perfectly cooked. I got my whipped dalgona at 25% sweetness, and it was perfect. The kiddo's milk tea tastes on Earl Gray, and it was buenísimo, too! I want that next time. I can't wait to come back.

Wow, this place is amazing! I stopped in to get a frozen Mango drink and try the taiyaki “cookies.” We’ve been back to have the same again and tried the peach fruit tea. All delicious! The red bean and Nutella taiyaki are our favorite flavors. I could drink their teas and frozen fruit drinks everyday!

Love that you guys advertise the 0-100% sweetness, I always feel weird asking unless I see it displayed. Red bean taiyaki and taro boba were great. Everyone was friendly.

Go to SPOONFUL!!!Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options along with clear advisory that most drinks contain caffine.Kid-friendliness: Amazing for taking the whole family out for Korean shaved ice, warm fish shaped waffles with amazing fillings, and delicious drinks, only thing better than their products is their customer service.

I recently visited Spoonful, a Korean dessert cafe, and it was a delightful experience. Their bingsu is exceptional, with finely shaved ice that melts in your mouth, topped with fresh, vibrant flavors. It's a perfect balance of sweet and refreshing. The bubble tea was another highlight – rich in flavor with the right amount of sweetness, and the tapioca pearls were just the right texture. Every sip and spoonful was a treat for the taste buds. Definitely a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Korean desserts.

Absolutely delicious! Got a HK boba drink, a caramel bingsu, and a sweet red bean taiyaki and definitely enjoyed all of it. This was my first time having Korean desserts and I’ll be back for more really soon.
