I ordered a cheese burger, fries and chicken nuggets. This cheeseburger was the greasyiest cheeseburger I have ever got from any restaurant. I worked at steak & shake at the circle when I was 16 we never served anything like this to anyone. I have never gotten any hamburger from any other steak & shake Like this. Steal & Shake is not the same place I use to love their food, its not what it use to be.

We sat in the drive-up for over 30 minutes! We placed our order, paid, was given our drinks. After 15 minutes they came to the window and asked what our order was. They got it completely wrong. They went back to fix the sandwiches and our fries were ice cold! While they were supposed to be fixing the sandwiches we got their attention and asked for our money back! They couldn’t figure out how to do that so they wanted us to come inside! We gave them the food back and left with no refund! If there was a way to give them NO STARS we would have done that!!!

I came through the drive through and ordered a number 10 off the 4 for 4 and got a regular burger got no crackers for the chili. Now I’d understand if y’all was busy but I was the only car in line. I’m never coming

The overall experience was positive, but what really made it the most pleasant was seeing one gentleman, employee, Gregg, constantly working to improve the appearance of this location and the dining atmosphere.Every time I’m there, Greg is sweeping the floors or wiping tables, saying hello with a smile, and doing things that most restaurants no longer do. I wish I would encounter more employees like Gregg! I will be back to this location specifically because of the work ethic and integrity of employees like Gregg

What happened to waiters??? Haven’t been to Steak ‘n Shake since before COVID and they’ve eliminated ALL table service! The staff here today (only 3 back of house members) were running the whole restaurant alone. They did a great job, but they deserve more support and pay than what they probably get. Bring back real service! Thanks, corporate greed.
