Steak is very untrimmed, I’m guessing to make the weight as advertised but I ended up with about half steak half fat. Did not receive my salad until after the steak was brought out. Other than that it was good and service was excellent.

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had coming to a Texas Roadhouse they should be ashamed of themselves , service was okay but the food was downright TERRIBLE my steak and chili were dryer then dry and when I asked for rolls to go they gave me little butter and it doesn’t look like their butter.

Too many people. It was like our sever only came to bring us our food and our bill. They could not figure out how to make a medium rare steak. I ended up taking my steak home. While everybody else had their meal, I had to wait for my steak.

We had an issue with one of our steaks. The manager fixed it perfectly, brought it out himself to make sure it was done correctly.
The steak I ordered was not medium as ordered. That was sent back and another steak ordered. When checked that steak was too done also. I asked for a box and went home unhappy.

Went there for my birthday dinner with family. Steaks were cooked as stated and ordered. The baked sweet potato is an awesome side. Service was very good even though our server had several tables. No reservation is allowed but you can get on the wait list ahead of time. If you are not there when they call your name you go to the back of the line! Good place for decent price steak dinners.Wheelchair accessibility: They may have an area that is better for wheelchairs but what I saw was narrow isles and not enough room to maneuver a wheelchair around. It is a crowded place.

Every time I go here I wait forever for food. The steak is never cooked right at all. The service is ok. But the food takes forever and is never the best. And think I'll ever return to this location. Now have to drive to Missouri for better quality food. I usually take pictures of food and post them but I didn't want to take pictures of dried up steak.
The overall experience is what one should expect when eating at Texas Roadhouse. However, I wish that they would bring back the shelled peanuts! This location is constantly busy, so the service did suffer somewhat due to that. But, I believe that they did try their very best.
