A fantastic coffee and ice cream shop tucked away in an old bank building. Incredibly impressed with the kindness of the staff and the atmosphere. Definitely a gem of the local business scene.
My boyfriend and I love visiting our friends in Edwardsville/ Holliday Shores a little more since “The Vault Coffee and Ice Creamery” opened up! Their soft serve and ice cream is to DIE for and in the morning, I love grabbing an iced coffee/latte and a sweet treat. Plus, the staff has always been super sweet when we visit. ??

Been 3 times this summer, twice for ice cream and once for breakfast. EVERYTHING has been excellent!! The ice cream, sundaes, slushies, iced coffee, cinnamon rolls, muffins all amazing. The menu is huge and has something for everyone!! A must if your in the holiday shores area!!!!
