Everything was extremely salty. Horrible will never go back . You could literally shake the salt off the fries. Everything was cold. Hardly had any sauce. Don't go here for wings and fries

Do you want soggy/cold French fries? Head to Edwardsville Wingstop.4 order in a row with the same issue.This is easily the worst Wingstop in the area.They’re always running behind which causes them to always undercook the fries.

They never answer their phones. Literally never. It will take 20 calls for them to decide to pick up. They also only seem to get the order right 50% of time. It’s crazy.

I've lived in every CONUS timezone. I've eaten wingstop all over the country. This specific location is the worst one I've ever seen and can not meet the expectation set by other franchise locations. The kitchen is constantly filthy and the over all quality of the food is appalling.

for the second time now, every single wing flavor in the boneless meal deal was incorrect. the side orders were right so it’s obvious the workers are simply careless and lazy. i’m sure someone else received our actual order. for this to happen once, okay things happen. but twice? do better. will never return to this location. i’m sure the workers would be glad to hear that though, since they obviously want to get paid to do nothing.
Doesn’t answer the phone EVER. I had a question before placing an order and ended up getting Buffalo Wild Wings instead after trying to call 4 times, I even waited a handful of minutes before the next try in case they were busy with customers… This location has really gone downhill service wise. It’s a bummer because it’s one of our favorites.

Don't trust the time estimate given, and don't expect the staff to care. This Wingstop is very slow and the staff don't seem to care at all. If the estimate is 20-25 minutes, expect to wait 45 minutes or more. On many occasions I've arrived at the estimated time, only to wait another 20-25 minutes for my food to be ready. While you wait, expect to stand around with everyone else who arrived on time and are now waiting on their food as well. This disorganization creeps into the food as well. Although not as often, there have been more than a few times I've waited an extra 20 minutes only to get home with the wrong wings or super soggy fries. Buffalo Wild Wings is a stones throw away and provides an experience ten-fold to this Wingstop. Do your future self a favor and get Bdubs.

Used to work here and this place is trash now. Only people in there and it took over a half an hour to get our food while everyone is just standing in the back. Lady that took our order was rude as hell. Could also hear them cussing and talking crazy in the kitchen. Whoever worked the morning shift on 12/13/23 is
