I am on crutches, and they went out of their way to assist me.It is always busy and the staff is efficient and fast. I do love this place. Oh, the sausage and jalapeno sausage in a Danish, all I can say is it is delicious!
I have to say that they make the softest donut I've ever eaten. The glazed donuts have the consistency of a more tender marshmallow. (Let that sink in) With a nice vanilla flavor. The long johns have a similar texture, but not the best chocolate flavor I've had. It's more just not my taste than anything. This place is great. Family owned and run business it is fun to watch the staff working and visiting with the regulars both the ones camped out at their comfortable tables and the ones in line. They are a true in town family experience with some of the most amazing Apple fritters you will ever sink your teeth into.
