My tablet messed up and would not let me give an amazing review for my server, Kyle. He was incredibly attentive, came to check in on myself and my dad the perfect amount of times throughout our visit, and was very kind. I was traveling to see the solar eclipse in Southern Illinois from Wisconsin and was debating between stopping at Cracker Barrel or Chili’s. I am SO glad I made the decision to stop at Chili’s because Kyle made this visit the perfect place to stop for a bite to eat before going home. Thanks again, Kyle! :)

We went here on our 25th anniversary 3/30/24. Pulled in to a To Go spot and waited over 15 minutes after checking in. They’d given someone else our food. One of the employees that was bringing out food said she saw us but didn’t approach us to ask us if we’d been served. My wife goes in, explains that we’d been waiting for food. The manager basically low key accused her of receiving the food and didn’t change his tune until she mentioned it was our anniversary. The food was mediocre at best (they messed up part of the order by the way) and the only thing that was done to make up for this immensely poor example of customer service was the manager gave us a single slice of cheesecake. Needless to say, this will be the first and last time I dine here or any Chili’s restaurant. Shameful.

My Sister and I had dinner for Valentines because our Men weren't avaliable. They told us a 30-40 min wait. They set us up with a app, and we went back out to wait in the comfort of our car. It only took about 15 min.The food was delicious.
Every time I've been here the staff have always been friendly, prompt & very kind......The review above was from about 3 months ago now almost every time I come in I'm totally ignored by staff. The gentleman will acknowledge me & let me know the status of my order, unfortunately more often than not the rest walk on by.

The potato soup was so good, I was sorry I didn't have a second bowl. Our waitress was efficient, attentive and very sweet.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of very wide spaces to accommodate those who need them.

Both our steaks had to be refired,and the and the ticket was wrong. They did give a discount on the meal.

By far worst experience ever. There was a total of 10 cars in the parking lot. I had a Togo order I stood over by the Togo register for about 20 minutes and had at least 15 workers walk past me. Had a worker go to the register I was standing at, they looked at me and just walked away and didn't ask if I needed anything. They forgot a few things of my order like sauce and silverware.
