I ordered honey chicken, fried rice and crab Rangoon. I paid $2 extra for friend rice, totally about $30.I recieved sweet and sour chicken instead of honey chicken. Mt coworker tried it as well and confirmed it was sweet and sour. I also recieved white rice instead of fried.When I called to complain, they told me that was just the sauce they use for honey chicken. They brought me fried rice, but did nothing about me receiving sweet and sour chicken.

This is the best take out Chinese restaurant in Effingham. The lunch menu is available all day; you just have to ask for it. I've purchased from here for about 15 years and have never had any problems with the orders, the food quality, or the timeliness! It is only take out, no seats for dining in.Parking: The nearby bank is not friendly toward other businesses using their parking lot, even after hours. There are limited street spots, but they are free.

I always get delivery and I’ve never had any issue, and the customer service is quick and friendly. Will heavily recommend the chow Mein fun and the egg rolls. Both are delicious! Thank you for never disappointing!

I ordered the chicken wing combo not sure why the cashier was frying wings and taking orders but anyway my wings were half cooked had to throw them away and she pit the grease soaked wings on top of the rice that made the yellow rice not fried traditional rice soaking in oil. I never coming back to Effingham can't wait to get back to Fla.

China Express in Effingham, IL near to downtown area on Banker Street offered such rude service! No courtesy to answer questions or be clear while trying to talk and provide such quick service on a phone call, as if it is just a hurry to get name of food order and that's it. Just end the call. My food of lo mein noodles and chicken ordered tasted kind of dried out and not as tasteful as preferred. Won't be going back.
