The call center needs to go away id rather call the store itself and the person that answered the phone can hardly speak good English hard to understand the call center is the biggest reason I don't order from Papa John's very often only place that has a call center to all other you talk to actual people at the store and you can understand what they are saying

The pizzas were ok. Service was super slow. We ordered 2 pizzas and it said they were done. We went to pick them up and were told they only had 1 pizza done and the other would be about 10 more minutes because the pizza oven wouldn't let them make 2 pizzas at a time. They said they made one and the oven shuts off to cool down and then they have to heat up back up to cook the other pizza. The restaurant didn't look very clean and the windows looked gross. We chanced it because we were starving.

Rude, and not clean at all. Lobby is a mess every time I go in. It appears no one cleans the bathrooms either. I also have seen many pizza screens on the floor. Employees just kick them around instead of picking them up.

We ordered from the road (driving on the Interstate) and zoomed in (perfect timing), picked up our free pizza and headed back to the Interstate at Mach 2 ! Such fresh pizza !

You know I normally wouldn't give a 5 star review. But having mentioned that I say this. The quality at this location is second to none. My family frequently visits this location. We had a small bit of trouble with an order and the manager/ owner, more than made up for it. It was beyond what I would have expected as I would've been happy with a simple apology. This place will continue to be our regular pizza place for family pie night.
